Hello everyone! I updated osu! to the latest stable release (b20150807), and in the release notes peppy add slider start and end circles skinnable using the files sliderstartcircle and sliderendcircle. When I try to use these file in my skin there's no effect. These elements are skinnable??

Works for me. I am using the experimental build and "Version: latest" (skin.ini). Not sure if both of them are necessary.
You need experimental. It's not yet available in stable.
Someone posted it on Skinning Support thread about this. Go check it out
