switch to cutting edge (hold shift while osu! is starting) and paste the contents of gl_info.txt into this thread after it is created in your osu! directory.
If you changed your release stream to Cutting Edge, you will find it on your osu! instalation folder.[ Niku ] wrote:
dunno what gl_info.txt is or where too find it in my directory><
_ReleaseStream = CuttingEdge
If you are gonna change it from the .cfg, you need to close osu! before doing it.[ Niku ] wrote:
i changed it to cuttingedge but it still shows me that it is on stable even when i change it in the osu!.cfg

Could you do what is mentioned here and see if you have the correct drivers installed?
If it's showing "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter", you should install these drivers.
Install them and see if it works.
i cant change the stream type, when i try osu freezez. and where can i find the soft installer?TheVileOne wrote:
If it's looping you should just downloading the soft installer again, and put it in your osu! folder and run it. Also changing the stream type should trigger a release update unless something is really wrong.
If you can get on cutting edge it will create the text that peppy asked for.
Hold shift when opening osu! and keep holding shift untill a configuration window pops up. Change it in that window and then click the 'start osu!' button. After you've got a gl_info.txt file in your folder you can switch back to the stable release stream through the same config window.[ Niku ] wrote:
