Few ideas for the seasonal anime threads

So I want to make a few changes, but wanted some input. The first is I'm planning on having the impression threads to be stickied for maybe 2 months. I don't think people will mind, but I'm a little unsure about the duration. I'm open to ideas there. I also have the idea of having a thread that shows the more popular anime from each season. Something similar to this, but done a lot better. What do you guys think?

Also if you have other ideas to make things better, feel free to post.

It could probably be shorter but 2 months is simple and plenty of time. No one reviews the seasonal movies or the OVAs in those threads anyway.

Normally, anime lasts three months but I guess since it's an impression thread I think two months is alright. Or how about a seasonal mega thread with recommendations, impressions info about anime (as if anichart isn't enough) etc. Recommendations would be something like the one on the preview with different genre and stuff. I guess anime to avoid too?

I don't see anything that the seasonal Impression and Review threads don't already cover. We don't need previews.

Maybe a best (and worst) animes of the year thread for December/January.

this was something i was thinking as well. it's just a matter of getting votes and stuff. we could vote for 5 animes we liked and disliked throughout december and have the results posted sometimes in january

The biggest problem for me is not making the threads but maintaining the spreadsheets that go with these threads. All of it is done manually currently, and it doesn't help that people don't follow the formatting stated in the op. While we could remove spreadsheets from the season threads, doing an AOTY thread would require manual labor that I personally don't care for.

Admittedly, if someone is willing to write a script to parse the page and add the necessary entries to gdocs, that would be nice.
