...I really think the BPM should be 150 flat, then snap to 1/4s.

After that, change the first timing section's offset into the time of 00:01:31 (2) . This is so that in the 0.5x BPM part, White Ticks are the main beat, and not red. (I think that is 1,315? Yeah, should be good. Don't worry -- the note before the [2] will still be on beat)

I've been itching for an offset of this for more than 18 times now and I still always get quite a bit off. For now, I'll still stick to 915/1315.

...though if the BPM change happens, tell Jar to fix his diff lol, it's gonna need a major snapping.

Done this. Makes a lot more sense now at the end since this is now on beat.

Also put in the custom skin. Dunno how the spinner is but the custom hitcircle is nice :)

Easy is pretty well made, not in really need of changing, pretty fun and simple it is already.
Hard needs some work on the jumps, a bit too far, but otherwise is pretty good for now.
DJPop's Hard needs a bit of working on the spacings and syncing but still it's nice and fast paced for now.
Jar's Insane needs some work on positioning and jumps, otherwise fun and frantic.

00:19:50 (1,2,3,1,1) - WAGH DIFFICULTY CURVE. This just comes out of nowhere, I find.

[Jar's Insane]
Something's definitely wrong with the timing here. The non-inherited sections are screwing it up. Just look at the timing at the end between the difficulties. This one's way off.
00:20:31 (5,1) - I'm not too fond of this jump, actually.
01:04:31 (12,1) - I don't like the spacing here either.
01:08:26 (11,1) - This jump is a bit big.
01:09:06 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - This part sounds messy, especially the second half. They land on different parts of the measure.

I finally got around to storyboarding, sorry for the extreme delay ^^;;

I know you have one and all, but i still promised you this, so here you go. I understand if you don't want to use it though.

If you want it for only a specific difficulty, just open up both the difficulty in question as well as the .osb, and copy and paste into the appropriate section. Then delete the .osb.

I like the hitcircle skin, but it seems a tad too transparent imo.

Also, I think it would be awesome if you could put in a transparent, blank .png right at the end of the video (01:29:919) to play out the ef: a tale of memories logo.

Suggestion: Sliders sound better with a tick rate of two. (feel free to argue, but I stand by this point)

The combo numbers on the skin aren't noticeable. Make white or outline or something.
Hit circle images don't look centred. I'll double-check that.
For some reason the spinners have a black background after they're fully faded in. REALLY weird.
blank.png can be replaced by extending the lifetime of an existing storyboard object. But whatever, it works, so no need to fix it.
Timing sections need to be replaced. Otherwise kiai shoots of at the wrong time. (Not like it's noticeable but whatever.)
Also, split your hitsound and kiai timing sections. In Normal, the section at 00:55:60 starts kiai whereas kiai should start at 0:55:70 instead. (You can't just move it because of hit sound issues.) Also, kiai 01:08:10 is early, too. Stuff like that bugs me. =S (And yes, I did notice it while playing.)

What is up with [Jar's Insane]'s 01:07:26 (1,until the end) - timing here is way early! I would estimate by maybe about 40ms early, and, in my opinion, that's a lot! ><
