found the original and extended it. also flipped it horizontally so it would better fit in the song selection menu.

it was small enough as a lossless png so I left it as png, though here's a compressed jpg if you want

Hello! From my queue

General

  1. Looking good
  2. A custom clap would be nice. The default is always kinda meh, since the "clap" in the song isn't really the same
  3. The song doesn't have a fade out, so i don't really see the point of not mapping till the end? It's such a soft and nice outro :(
Darkness

  1. Some suggestions
00:43:449 (1) - You used a larger spacing at some places for a new downbeat, and at some other places you didn't. At this spot though, I think it can use an increased distance, to emphasize the new part of the song
00:43:116 (4) - Thought about using a slider 1/4 slider instead? The "luu" starts on the blue tick, so it's kinda weird to ignore that. But I see why you used this pattern as well. This is what I'm talking about. This could be solved as a circle stack on other spots, but it's just a simple suggestion
00:52:616 (3) - Shorten the slider to the blue tick, and add a circle? That way you won't have to ignore the different snare/basskick pattern in the background, but you can make a nice way to emphasize it
01:03:783 (4) - I don't see a reason for a drum-sample here, consider removing it
01:28:116 (4) - I think you switched the sample set and additions
01:29:449 (2) - And there is no drum-whistle here at all? :?
01:38:116 (4) - Consider adding a 1/2 slider on the blue ticks, it feels a little wrong to ignore the vocals here
01:56:616 (3) - Same as 00:52:616 (3) -
02:05:449 (4) - Consider rotating this slider clockwise. This feels more comfortable to play than a slider in the completely opposite direction. You could get the same by moving this whole pattern down 02:05:449 (4,1,2) - , but that will require more work.
02:07:783 (4) - Drum-sampleset doesn't really fit, was it your intention to add a finish?
03:03:283 (3) - Same as 00:52:616 (3) -

Light

  1. Very good
02:32:783 (3) - NC to stay consistent with the previous break and the Darkness diff

Very nice mapset, Good luck!

The default is always kinda meh, since the "clap" in the song isn't really the same I'll love the person who finds me a fitting custom clap(s) to death, because I can't find fitting ones ;w; besides that, I don't think the current ones are THAT unfitting..or are they?
  3. The song doesn't have a fade out, so i don't really see the point of not mapping till the end? It's such a soft and nice outro :( b-but..that's exactly how the ending feels to me, like a fade out :c
Darkness

  1. Some suggestions
00:43:449 (1) - You used a larger spacing at some places for a new downbeat, and at some other places you didn't. At this spot though, I think it can use an increased distance, to emphasize the new part of the song used 1.9 here instead
00:43:116 (4) - Thought about using a slider 1/4 slider instead? The "luu" starts on the blue tick, so it's kinda weird to ignore that. But I see why you used this pattern as well. This is what I'm talking about. This could be solved as a circle stack on other spots, but it's just a simple suggestion though the 'luu' very silently starts on the blue tick, I think it really gets going (what a weird way of wording this) on the downbeat
00:52:616 (3) - Shorten the slider to the blue tick, and add a circle? That way you won't have to ignore the different snare/basskick pattern in the background, but you can make a nice way to emphasize it thought this would be too much 1/4, but I guess it's kay for 90 bpm to do
01:03:783 (4) - I don't see a reason for a drum-sample here, consider removing it ye
01:28:116 (4) - I think you switched the sample set and additions ya
01:29:449 (2) - And there is no drum-whistle here at all? :? hitsounded this while being very tired ;w;
01:38:116 (4) - Consider adding a 1/2 slider on the blue ticks, it feels a little wrong to ignore the vocals here hmm vocals honestly don't feel strong enough to warrant an additional circle to me
01:56:616 (3) - Same as 00:52:616 (3) - yep
02:05:449 (4) - Consider rotating this slider clockwise. This feels more comfortable to play than a slider in the completely opposite direction. You could get the same by moving this whole pattern down 02:05:449 (4,1,2) - , but that will require more work. rotated a bit, not as much as you screenshot shows though since I think not rotating AS MUCH works well too
02:07:783 (4) - Drum-sampleset doesn't really fit, was it your intention to add a finish? simply removed drum set to keep it consistent
03:03:283 (3) - Same as 00:52:616 (3) - ya

  1. You would need to add a Preview time eventually since it's required o3o.
  2. Tags are required as well. Make sure to add some later o3o.
  3. Combos 1 and 4 have similar colors. Very minor thing, but I would consider using combo color 1 or 4 as Combo 3 instead o3o. You could also use a different combo color for 4 or remove it, but swapping the combo colors would probably be a better solution o3o.
[Light]
  1. 01:40:449 (5) - You are missing a clap at the end of this slider. Same with 02:03:449 (1) 02:15:449 (3).

[Darkness]
  1. 02:06:783 (2) - Missing clap? o3o
  2. 02:52:699 (4) - At first, I was thinking that note was wrongly snap, but it's not XD
  3. 03:15:449 (1) - Missing finish on start? o3o
Honestly, this map is very clean and has nice rhythm choice and flow.
It's just a few missing hitsounds here and there. Good luck o3o

hi.

General:
What about adding spinner at the end of the song in the both diffs? (Imagine for ex. 150 HD+HR+DT players with same score).

Light:
Check AIMod and fix all distance snap issues. Since this should be normal (i suppose) so DS should be constant.

• 02:10:616 (5) - I think it's going to be better to map it on the music (not lyrics), because you can hear a beat on white tick. So, shorten the slider and move it on 02:10:783 -
• 02:13:283 (9) - ^
• 02:21:283 (4,8) - ^

Dark(ness):
Imo, better diff name can be "Dark", but it's up to you.
• Same issue as in the Light diff. (blue lines)

Otherwise seems fine.
Good mapset - hope that helps.
Good Luck!

Light:
Check AIMod and fix all distance snap issues. Since this should be normal (i suppose) so DS should be constant. but AIMod doesn't have any complaints :c there one thing that is inconsistent because 1.2 would just end up forcing me to place the circles in the corner of the screens to get to 1.2, but there are larger gaps between these to help the player adjust

• 02:10:616 (5) - I think it's going to be better to map it on the music (not lyrics), because you can hear a beat on white tick. So, shorten the slider and move it on 02:10:783 -

I've thought a lot about this while mapping it and came to the conclusion that following the vocals for a song like this just feels more intuitive than following the background music, especially when ocnsidering how powerful the voice is (I slightly adjusted the sliders shape in the Light Diff to have them go along with the sound on the white tick)

Dark(ness):
Imo, better diff name can be "Dark", but it's up to you. hmm yeah I guess you're right
• Same issue as in the Light diff. (blue lines)

yeah same thing

Otherwise seems fine.

I'd say the diff names are unrankable right now. "light" and "Dark" dont tell me which one is the easier diff between the 2. You can change "Light" to Normal and leave "Dark" as is cuz you're only allowed custom names on the hardest diff
OR. you can think of a way that properly shows the difficulty level between those two

[Light]
00:24:783 (4) - not necessary but the circular flow brings this slider to the left so having this stay on the right breaks the flow a bit
00:41:783 (6) - personally not a fan of a full circle ;w; how about this instead? http://puu.sh/iWYeO/c695ab014a.jpg
00:47:116 (5,6) - try reversing the rhythm here , it sounds a lot better and emphasizes the strong beats on the red tick and the clap on 00:48:116 -
00:52:449 (5,6) - ^ (it doesnt really follows the vocals either because it's on the blue tick)
01:34:116 (5) - same as before i guess haha, maybe do this? http://puu.sh/iWYnY/ea16bf7983.jpg (JUST BE CAREFUL of going offscreen if u do do this)
01:51:116 (5,6) - yaa same, and the rest of the song has the same thing too, u should really look into it
02:09:449 (3,4,5) - switching polarity is a little challenging for beginner diffs like this, i'd really suggest you map out the drum beat on 02:10:783 - cuz that's what most beginners play to- the beat. try maybe this rhythm?
02:12:116 (6,7,8) - ^ (and same thing in the next verse)
02:22:783 (6) - this overlap is really confusing for beginners (easiest diff). try looking at it in testplay, it feels like the previous slider never disappeared cuz of this stack. i highly suggest u fix this
02:25:783 (2,3) - i think it can look better too, try this! http://puu.sh/iWYOM/1e92abe252.jpg (and yes u can stack the sliderend on the head of 02:23:949 (8) - because that was so far back players wont even notice it/// u can always check in f5 )
02:30:116 (1,2,1) - u should make them have equal spacing
03:21:783 (2) - i'd say this overlap is fine tho, the NC lets beginners to react to it (:
03:24:449 (5) - BUT this might be a little risky ><

[Dark]
00:15:116 (3) - might wanna curve this so u can blanket this properly lol
00:20:449 (4) - this overlap is really confusing imo
00:21:449 (5) - equal spacing?
00:30:116 (1,3) - same orz kinda hard to read
00:34:116 (4) - ctrl+g would flow really really really nicely!!
00:46:616 (2) - to map the clap as well
00:51:949 (2) - ^ and same goes for the rest of the map
01:23:449 (1,2,3,4) - looks familar!!
01:25:449 (5) - ^ LOL yeah, equal spacing?
01:40:449 (3) - angle it up for a better sliderbow?
01:55:449 (1) - i think it'd be really cool if u copied 01:54:783 (4) - for circular flow! http://puu.sh/iWZJd/420106b6cf.jpg
02:10:616 (5) - shorten by 1/4 and add circle?
02:31:449 (2,3) - use 0.9 DS here
02:52:449 (3,4) - tbh i wouldnt map the 1/8 at all but if u insist on it u should change it to a slider to avoid polarity problems http://puu.sh/iWZXr/91500750e1.jpg
03:03:783 (4,5,6) - proper spacing.?
03:15:116 (6) - yeah this jump is pretty big too
~~~
also im wondering why you dont have drum finishes on a lot of the 2nd red ticks in a measure o3o
examples: 01:16:449 (3) - 01:19:116 (3) - 01:21:783 (3) - 01:27:116 (3) - and a lot more!!!
Nice map ww good luck and have fun!!
00:24:783 (4) - not necessary but the circular flow brings this slider to the left so having this stay on the right breaks the flow a bit hmm I kinda just wanted 3->4 to be a drop-off rather than something that actualyl felt a lot like moving to the right hmm tried making a small adjustment here
I'd like to think that eventhough this might be a LITTLE challenging, this is the most accurate way of representing the song, making it easier and more intuitve to hit even with the polarity thing. I'd like to wait for a few more mods/opinions before changing anything about this, but I'd like to think that is is ok
02:12:116 (6,7,8) - ^ (and same thing in the next verse) ^
02:22:783 (6) - this overlap is really confusing for beginners (easiest diff). try looking at it in testplay, it feels like the previous slider never disappeared cuz of this stack. i highly suggest u fix this welp can't say I didn't see that one coming
02:25:783 (2,3) - i think it can look better too, try this! http://puu.sh/iWYOM/1e92abe252.jpg (and yes u can stack the sliderend on the head of 02:23:949 (8) - because that was so far back players wont even notice it/// u can always check in f5 ) oooh this does look nicer
02:30:116 (1,2,1) - u should make them have equal spacing aightttt
03:21:783 (2) - i'd say this overlap is fine tho, the NC lets beginners to react to it (: c:
03:24:449 (5) - BUT this might be a little risky >< will take the risk since it'll only take re-arranging like 3 objects to fix this
[Dark]
00:15:116 (3) - might wanna curve this so u can blanket this properly lol I like my curves to be sharp :c + It's honestly more about the flow than creating a blanket here
00:20:449 (4) - this overlap is really confusing imo had a few people testplay this and none of them ended up being confused by this
00:21:449 (5) - equal spacing? the idea was that with the momentum and the speed that is build-up during the previous pattern, this jump becomes a lot more intuitive to play
00:30:116 (1,3) - same orz kinda hard to read same as above
00:34:116 (4) - ctrl+g would flow really really really nicely!! yaa!1!1!!
00:46:616 (2) - to map the clap as well honestly, I didn't really want to map the clap here :c I want to put the focus on the vocals only, since I feel like that's what is most intuive to follow when listening to the song. I think the clap does become more apprant when looking at the whole thing in the editor, but I think that while playing, the current rythm is very easy to follow and very intuitive to play. I have already gotten a few testplays on this and so far nobody has been confused by skipping the clap (as I said I think it becomes much more aparrant when looking at the thing in the editor when compared to playing), will get a few more + wait on more opinions and mods before changing this, but I'd like to think that htis is kay
00:51:949 (2) - ^ and same goes for the rest of the map ^
01:23:449 (1,2,3,4) - looks familar!! o.o
01:25:449 (5) - ^ LOL yeah, equal spacing? same as mention above
01:40:449 (3) - angle it up for a better sliderbow? I honestly didn't really want this to be circular, I wanted it to be like a little umm.. drop? hard to word this properly but since the vocals are fading out I wanted a downward motion to emphasize that
01:55:449 (1) - i think it'd be really cool if u copied 01:54:783 (4) - for circular flow! http://puu.sh/iWZJd/420106b6cf.jpg dun (not 10000% sure if this looks good but we'll see)
02:10:616 (5) - shorten by 1/4 and add circle? same thing as with the kiai
02:31:449 (2,3) - use 0.9 DS here o-ok
02:52:449 (3,4) - tbh i wouldnt map the 1/8 at all but if u insist on it u should change it to a slider to avoid polarity problems I-I can't really make out where exactly on the timeline this is located >< + why not have this rythm a bit jumpier when this is exactly how the song feels likehttp://puu.sh/iWZXr/91500750e1.jpg
03:03:783 (4,5,6) - proper spacing.? wanted the spacing in the last kiai to be a bit more uneven when compared to the first two, since it does feel stronger + they lyrics are differen too, so why not have it stand out a bit? Will change if more people are bothered by this, though it's such a minor inconsistency anyways..
03:15:116 (6) - yeah this jump is pretty big too for more emphazise on the following downbeat (it does feel VERY strong)
~~~
also im wondering why you dont have drum finishes on a lot of the 2nd red ticks in a measure o3o

00:15:116 (3,4) - let's make this pattern more curvy http://puu.sh/j01F6/57cc9d9116.jpg
00:32:783 (1) - http://puu.sh/j01Jj/4b20c475d7.jpg to make flow more smooth
00:46:116 (1) - I don't really like how you skipped hard beats here, imo something like http://puu.sh/j01Wb/5a4a5dd86b.jpg will be more cool to play and bring some variety
00:51:949 (2,3) - and for the same parts^ I will not list them all I guess you can figure them out
02:52:449 (3,4) - http://puu.sh/j02io/9f7b8199d3.jpg will be a bit easier to hit, becuse player shoud aim 1\2 + 1\4 here, not 1\2 + 1\8
well.. song is repetitive, rhythm is repetitive, flow is ok, some blankets can be cleaned but this is just if you want to make them perfect
Idk, I feel lack of doubles, they will fit great to this song, not just extended slider + circle

gonna post a proper reply once I'm done with all the changes but just out of curiosity: Could you post an example of how you'd end up using doubles with this? Not that I don't think they might fight, the current rythm used (besides the changes I'm applying) just felt like the most fitting while mapping. Having an example of another possible rythm might make me change things up a bit if I feel like it is as fitting!c:

Idk, I feel lack of doubles, they will fit great to this song, not just extended slider + circle

So I ended up applying all of the rythmical changes, as most people have told me that yes skipping clap probably is ok but mapping it would be better when trying to properly map the song. I'm currently going through the song to see if there are any blankets that I can clean (found one already), though I'd generally like my curved sliders to be sharp.

Hi, Sorry for some delay... M4M~

OMG Owl City! \8DDD/
[> General <]
  1. - Remove the unused .osb file, or is it just me?
  2. - Timing Check: BPM is fine, But I feel that the offset is a little early imo. Try +7 (790), I'm pretty sure it'd fit better with the song. Don't forget to snap everything :3/
  3. - The rest is fine!
[> Normal <]
  1. 00:14:116 (4,5) - It's minor, but make slider (4)'s headbody parallel with slider (5). Keep the tail.
  2. 00:28:783 (3) - I feel the spacing here is a little different, since you were using 1.2x... Could you check this a bit?
  3. 00:41:783 (6) - Same as above.
  4. 00:44:449 (2) - Same as above as well probably, you could move it down for a close 1.2x spacing.
  5. 00:46:116 (4) - I didn't understand why you'd add a finish on the head here. To me, It doesn't fit because the song just started it's chorus, and this part is a little low for a finish. Maybe you could remove it for sure?
  6. 00:51:449 (4) - Almost the same issue as above.
  7. 01:04:783 (1) - I think a softwhistle fits best here, instead of a normalfinish. Since the song got a little softer.
  8. 01:24:449 (6,1) - This'll be your decision, but it'll look neater if this slider (1) blankets slider (6). Just my suggestion...
  9. 01:28:116 (3) - Uhhh.. check spacing? or maybe try to move it to x:407|y:265, It's nazi-ish ;p
  10. 01:37:783 (2,3) - Okay, I think slider (3) is quite a little bit far from circle (2). Idk, maybe a check?
  11. 01:44:783 (5,6) - Slider (6)'s curve could be more neater if it's a little more curved, maybe it'd make a blanket on (5)'s tail.
  12. 01:50:116 (4) - Same as 00:46:116 (4) -
  13. 01:55:449 (4) - ^
  14. 02:13:283 (9) - I think I prefer a slider shape like this one, It flows to the next slider much smoother.
  15. 02:56:116 (3,4) - Maybe a parallel fits nicer here. The flow might improve imo~
  16. - Very neat! I liked some slider patterns you made here 8D/ GJ!
[> Hard <]
  1. - The same issues for the hitsounds ;n;
  2. 00:12:116 (2,3) - The spacing looks much big! But if you're doing it on purpose. Then, It's not supposed to be changed ;p
  3. 00:23:116 (3) - There's an inconsistency jump here, with this 00:25:783 (3) -. The first one is like +2.0x away, and the second is pretty close.
  4. 00:31:116 (4) - I think this jump is a little too big, I know the song is a little song and can pass easily blehhh, How about a spacing of, at least 3.2x? Because this one is 3.83x.
  5. 00:35:449 (1,3) - It's probably minor, but maybe recorrect blanket? xD
  6. 00:39:449 (3,4) - I'm thinking that this extended slider doesn't fit with the song, Maybe you should end it's tail on 1/2 and move the circle on the blue tick. Or some rhythm like this one, it might fill out the rhythm and would follow the vocals properly.
  7. 00:47:283 (4) - How about moving it's tail a bit? Somewhere near x:156, It'll flow nicely to the next circles imo. Watch the spacing.
  8. 00:53:783 (7,3) - Stack slider tail parfectly, since this one looks a little off in my point of view.
  9. 01:21:449 (2,3,4,5) - Okay, this is very much exactly the same as the previous part. It's a little boring because repeating the same pattern over and over again, bores some players. It might not improve their playstyle correctly.
  10. 01:24:449 (4,5,1) - I don't feel (4) and (5) deserves to have a jump, since it's like (6) and (1) are like, overrated. I prefer (6) and (1) have a jump becuase of the new track, and not (4) and (5).
  11. 01:43:449 (4,1) - It'd look neater if these two slider should be shaped a little... symmetrical :3
  12. 02:08:116 (5) - This slider may not follow some instrument on the song track, because on that blue tick, there's nothing hit there. So maybe you should replace it as a circle or sth.
  13. 02:19:116 (6,7,1) - I think the spacing here is a little big, try to balance a little on 1.3x
  14. 02:20:616 (4,6) - Same as 00:53:783 (7,3) -
  15. 02:52:449 (3,4) - I don't think the 1/8 fits here, since the drums started on the blue tick, but you started early alike on 1/2.
  16. 03:03:283 (4) - Do you actually need a finish on the head?! Even so, on a blue tick!?!? D;
  17. 03:17:449 (4) - This jump looked bigger than 03:15:449 (1) - which comes a new track. I don't feel this part is intense enough for a jump like that... unless you were following the vocals ;p
  18. - I felt that some of your pattern are likely repeated from the previous parts, probably like copy-pasting the rhythm, not the patterns. The extended sliders are following the music very well, but it's quite overusing just for the hi-hats on the song track. You could also fix a few blankets since I've seen some are kinda too curved or not likely. Overall, I loved the diff's rhythm. GJ!

Okay, That's all~ Great mapset!
Good Luck!

Hi, Sorry for some delay... M4M~ no worries, you were pretty quik!

OMG Owl City! \8DDD/
[> General <]
  1. - Remove the unused .osb file, or is it just me? there is no .osb file present for me :c
  2. - Timing Check: BPM is fine, But I feel that the offset is a little early imo. Try +7 (790), I'm pretty sure it'd fit better with the song. Don't forget to snap everything :3/ will change if somebody else complains about this, though the timing has not been mentioned in any of these mods yet so I'm hoping that this is kay
  3. - The rest is fine!
[> Normal <]
  1. 00:14:116 (4,5) - It's minor, but make slider (4)'s headbody parallel with slider (5). Keep the tail. dun. Was actually going for that but messed up haha
  2. 00:28:783 (3) - I feel the spacing here is a little different, since you were using 1.2x... Could you check this a bit? slight adjustment
  3. 00:41:783 (6) - Same as above. ^
  4. 00:44:449 (2) - Same as above as well probably, you could move it down for a close 1.2x spacing. yeah just lined it up perfectly for 1.2 spacing
  5. 00:46:116 (4) - I didn't understand why you'd add a finish on the head here. To me, It doesn't fit because the song just started it's chorus, and this part is a little low for a finish. Maybe you could remove it for sure? hmm. I'm not 100% set on the finishes yet. I replaced this with a drum finish since it is a lot more subtle and compliments the song a lot better. I did this for all the finishes mentioned with the 3rd kiai being an expection now because I think that one can be a bit more powerful. Same for the Hard.
  6. 00:51:449 (4) - Almost the same issue as above. ^
  7. 01:04:783 (1) - I think a softwhistle fits best here, instead of a normalfinish. Since the song got a little softer. dun
  8. 01:24:449 (6,1) - This'll be your decision, but it'll look neater if this slider (1) blankets slider (6). Just my suggestion... b-but that is kinda what I was going for! having 1 blanket around 6's body :c
  9. 01:28:116 (3) - Uhhh.. check spacing? or maybe try to move it to x:407|y:265, It's nazi-ish ;p moved to 402/266! HA one off
  10. 01:37:783 (2,3) - Okay, I think slider (3) is quite a little bit far from circle (2). Idk, maybe a check? slight adjustment
  11. 01:44:783 (5,6) - Slider (6)'s curve could be more neater if it's a little more curved, maybe it'd make a blanket on (5)'s tail. done!
  12. 01:50:116 (4) - Same as 00:46:116 (4) - ^
  13. 01:55:449 (4) - ^ ^
  14. 02:13:283 (9) - I think I prefer a slider shape like this one, It flows to the next slider much smoother. I'd like the sliders shape to go along with the clap in the song :c
  15. 02:56:116 (3,4) - Maybe a parallel fits nicer here. The flow might improve imo~ yes!
  16. - Very neat! I liked some slider patterns you made here 8D/ GJ!
[> Hard <]
  1. - The same issues for the hitsounds ;n; changed all of these as stated above
  2. 00:12:116 (2,3) - The spacing looks much big! But if you're doing it on purpose. Then, It's not supposed to be changed ;p yes! that's done on purpose c: flows nicely I think~
  3. 00:23:116 (3) - There's an inconsistency jump here, with this 00:25:783 (3) -. The first one is like +2.0x away, and the second is pretty close. reworked that whole pattern including the previous 1/4
  4. 00:31:116 (4) - I think this jump is a little too big, I know the song is a little song and can pass easily blehhh, How about a spacing of, at least 3.2x? Because this one is 3.83x. looks big but this was no bother to the people testing it
  5. 00:35:449 (1,3) - It's probably minor, but maybe recorrect blanket? xD doneee
  6. 00:39:449 (3,4) - I'm thinking that this extended slider doesn't fit with the song, Maybe you should end it's tail on 1/2 and move the circle on the blue tick. Or some rhythm like this one, it might fill out the rhythm and would follow the vocals properly. done since it fits the song + it changes up the rythm atleast a tiny bit
  7. 00:47:283 (4) - How about moving it's tail a bit? Somewhere near x:156, It'll flow nicely to the next circles imo. Watch the spacing. not a big difference imo :c
  8. 00:53:783 (7,3) - Stack slider tail parfectly, since this one looks a little off in my point of view. ye
  9. 01:21:449 (2,3,4,5) - Okay, this is very much exactly the same as the previous part. It's a little boring because repeating the same pattern over and over again, bores some players. It might not improve their playstyle correctly. again, reworked that part. (funny enough, but the 1/4 look similar to the first one mentioned haha)
  10. 01:24:449 (4,5,1) - I don't feel (4) and (5) deserves to have a jump, since it's like (6) and (1) are like, overrated. I prefer (6) and (1) have a jump becuase of the new track, and not (4) and (5). fixed while doing the reworked mentioned above
  11. 01:43:449 (4,1) - It'd look neater if these two slider should be shaped a little... symmetrical :3 changed up the rythm here, so the slider is gonnneeEEEE
  12. 02:08:116 (5) - This slider may not follow some instrument on the song track, because on that blue tick, there's nothing hit there. So maybe you should replace it as a circle or sth. b-but there is something in the song there!
  13. 02:19:116 (6,7,1) - I think the spacing here is a little big, try to balance a little on 1.3x would actually like it to be a bit bigger here to spice things up a bit
  14. 02:20:616 (4,6) - Same as 00:53:783 (7,3) - fxd
  15. 02:52:449 (3,4) - I don't think the 1/8 fits here, since the drums started on the blue tick, but you started early alike on 1/2. did a double here
  16. 03:03:283 (4) - Do you actually need a finish on the head?! Even so, on a blue tick!?!? D; it's a mistake!
  17. 03:17:449 (4) - This jump looked bigger than 03:15:449 (1) - which comes a new track. I don't feel this part is intense enough for a jump like that... unless you were following the vocals ;p following vocals! Besides that, there are a few big jumps in the third kiai, since I really wanted to highlight it as the most intense part of the map c:
GJ!

    Made a few changes to patterns not mentioned above, might do a few other slight adjustments!

Okay, That's all~ Great mapset!

ok here i am

Normal:
  1. 01:23:449 (5,6) - blanket here is kinda off
Hard:
  1. 00:20:116 (3,4) - fix blanket
  2. 00:20:449 (4,6) - ^
  3. 00:27:116 (5) - maybe its just me but i feel like you could make this note into 1/4 slider. sounds more full and builds into the next part
  4. 00:46:116 (1,2,3) - i think you could make this look neater imo. it feels all cunjumbled together
  5. 00:48:449 (6) - same thing as above, i think you should make this into a 1/4 slider. it adds variety instead of just boring single notes
  6. 02:32:116 (3) - i think you should move this to x: 217 y:218. imo it looks better and flows better
  7. 03:04:116 (6,1) - fix blanket
  8. 03:23:449 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - just a suggestion, but i think you should make this section look like this
    http://puu.sh/j4F8Y/5a3f9beeca.jpg
    http://puu.sh/j4F9o/18741bece1.jpg, and just stack the last two notes on the (6)
thats all i could find ^^
about the sb, im still working on it currently. should be done in the next couple of days. been kinda busy

Hi, it's random mod, because I looked into your profile to find some maps and I found it.
You mentioned that do not need mods to Normal so I'll mod Hard
00:30:449 (2,4) - I think about blank these both
02:51:949 - missed sound probably
02:53:949 - and here
I am able to help just a little. Almost ready for rank.

v new to modding so srry if these dont help :o
[Hard]
  1. 02:09:949 (3,4,5) - try replacing these with a 1/2 repeating slider starting at 02:09:949 (3) - imo the rhythm change after the kiai time was weird but having this be a repeating slider instead of 3 hitcircles will help the player adjust to it
  2. 02:14:449 (2) - also try ctrl + G & make it a reverse slider, with the same reason as listed above
  3. 02:17:116 (2) - same with above^ but it will make the flow abit weird so try this placement instead:
    http://puu.sh/j7Hh0/ffa1cda3a2.jpg
    http://puu.sh/j7HhQ/a9b33619f8.jpg
    http://puu.sh/j7Hj4/a366794869.jpg
  4. 02:48:783 (1,1) - instead of a 1/2 slider try a 3/4 slider instead, it will follow with the past 2 measures/ 02:43:449 (1,1) -
  5. 02:52:116 (2) - also instead of a 1/4 slider hb a hitcircle just like the measure before at 02:49:449 (2) - theyre v similar
basically all i have, awesome song and amazing map~ :)

  2. 02:14:449 (2) - also try ctrl + G & make it a reverse slider, with the same reason as listed above yeah same reasoning behind this (+ flows nicely right now :c)

Hello! M4M!

[General]
  1. good to me!
[Normal]
  1. How about setting this rate for beginners ? ( AR/HP/OD 4/3/3 ) I know this is low bpm song but that rate seems a little hard for playing.
  2. 00:17:783 (2) - ,00:28:449 (2) - ,00:33:783 (2) - Is it on purpose ? I prefer to use drum-finish to here. If you use that sounds with constant rhythm, It would be better for playing/players.
  3. 02:52:449 (7) - ,02:51:449 (5) - ,02:54:116 (1) - Please try aligning this parts parallel to each other by moving the last point of the slider a grid to the right. It looks better to me.
[Hard]
  1. 00:24:783 (1,2,3) - I feel this part looks crowded. Please use more spacing between (2) and (3). for example like this :
  2. 00:30:449 (2,3,4) - hmm, I feel this sudden increment of spacings would confuse players. so i recommend you to reduce spacing at here. 00:30:783 (3,4) - like this :
  3. 00:38:616 - If you took the vocal sounds, you should consider adding a note to here same as your next patterns 00:39:449 (3,4,5) - .
  4. 00:51:449 - I guess you forgot to add a drum-finish to here.
  5. 00:57:783 (3) - nazi mod :3 Please try to use my slider shape for better design. like this
  6. 01:03:616 - clap, 01:03:783 - drum-finish
  7. 01:49:449 (4,1) - I think you don't have to reduce spacing at this part also it's kiai time!. so please use the normal spacing around x1.3
  8. 02:23:949 (5,6) - flow suggestion : try to make my design! I copied your preview pattern 02:23:116 (3,4) - It looks better to me.
    I hope you will add more drum-finish sounds at kiai time.

Hello~

[Normal]
  1. The Difficult Setting of this diff might be a bit harsh for the relaxing song like this . Consider to slightly lower them all
  2. 00:19:449 (5,6) - These overlaps might be kinda tricky for the easiest diff at this mapset . Move away the slider tail from the next slider body to simply avoid this overlap . Example : http://puu.sh/j8rPv.jpg
  3. 00:36:449 (5) - This slider plays over a piano sound on 00:36:783 - . If it possible, you could rearrange the pattern at make this piano sound clickable . If not, simply just add anchor point that could make the sound that covered by this slider gets a better emphasis
  4. 00:41:783 (6) - Same as above, you skipped the drum sound on 00:42:449 - . Because this is the easiest diff among the mapset, I suggest you to add anchor point too to emphasize the sound on 00:42:449 -
  5. 01:40:449 (5) - 01:45:783 (6) - Same as above
  6. 02:45:449 (3) - Bend this slider to the opposite side? This plays better If you could indicate the next object like what you did on 03:06:783 (3) -
  7. 02:52:449 (7) - Make this slider parallel with 02:51:449 (5) - ? It works and keep the rhythm dynamic with 3 sliders { 02:51:449 (5,7,1) - } had same direction for each of them
[Hard]
  1. 00:36:449 (3) - You skipped piano sound too on 00:36:783 - over this slider . Because it's the hardest diff, you could make it into a slightly harder rhythm than the easiest one . Example : 00:36:449 - Add a circle, then place 1/2 slider on 00:36:783 -
  2. 00:39:949 (4) - I feel like this note placement is a bit low . Consider to move it up a bit such like 192|108
  3. 00:41:783 (3) - You skipped the drum sound too on 00:42:449 - like you did on Normal . I suggest you to make it more complex than the easiest diff . Example : Remove the reverse, then put circle on 00:42:364 - and 00:42:783 -
  4. 01:40:449 (3) - 01:45:783 (3) - Same as above
  5. 02:51:949 (2) - This is placed too low too . Could you move it higher, so it won't creates some untidy placement?

Good Luck!

Example : http://puu.sh/j8rPv.jpg weeellll since I just had a QAT mod this I'd like to think that this is ok an readable
  3. 00:36:449 (5) - This slider plays over a piano sound on 00:36:783 - . If it possible, you could rearrange the pattern at make this piano sound clickable . If not, simply just add anchor point that could make the sound that covered by this slider gets a better emphasis there are a whole bunch of piano sounds being skipped here, and I honestly think that with both vocals and drums slowly fading out, something with a less dense rythm is more appropriate
  4. 00:41:783 (6) - Same as above, you skipped the drum sound on 00:42:449 - . Because this is the easiest diff among the mapset, I suggest you to add anchor point too to emphasize the sound on 00:42:449 - would much rather have this emphasize the high pitched sounds the slider currently lands on
  5. 01:40:449 (5) - 01:45:783 (6) - Same as above ye
  6. 02:45:449 (3) - Bend this slider to the opposite side? This plays better If you could indicate the next object like what you did on 03:06:783 (3) - did something here to make the flow a bit nicer. Was going for a somewhat harsh flow but blergh
  7. 02:52:449 (7) - Make this slider parallel with 02:51:449 (5) - ? It works and keep the rhythm dynamic with 3 sliders { 02:51:449 (5,7,1) - } had same direction for each of them would like to keep this for symmetry :c (tried explaining myself during previous mod)
[Hard]
  1. 00:36:449 (3) - You skipped piano sound too on 00:36:783 - over this slider . Because it's the hardest diff, you could make it into a slightly harder rhythm than the easiest one . Example : 00:36:449 - Add a circle, then place 1/2 slider on 00:36:783 - again, I think that with the drums and vocals fading out here (and this is what I've been mapping in this Diff thus far) a somewhat less dense rythm is more appropriate
  2. 00:39:949 (4) - I feel like this note placement is a bit low . Consider to move it up a bit such like 192|108 re-did that pattern during a previous mod c:
  3. 00:41:783 (3) - You skipped the drum sound too on 00:42:449 - like you did on Normal . I suggest you to make it more complex than the easiest diff . Example : Remove the reverse, then put circle on 00:42:364 - and 00:42:783 - that would result in the same extended slider + circle rythm that I've been using SO MUCH throughout the entire Diff already :c something a little different really doesn't hurt, especially since I think that this does properly emphasize what is strong in the song
  4. 01:40:449 (3) - 01:45:783 (3) - Same as above ya
  5. 02:51:949 (2) - This is placed too low too . Could you move it higher, so it won't creates some untidy placement? flow is intended to be a bit sharp here for the sudden drums!

Good Luck!
thank you! A few nice catches to help with polishin c:

as requested :3

its just my opinion but honestly i feel that purple combo colour doesn't fit the BG

[Hard]
00:34:116 (4) - a few 1/4 pattern here may be good to replace this as you could cover the vocals at 00:34:949 -
00:41:783 (3) - there're snare drum on the reverse that could be emphasized with hitsound.. ya ?
01:20:116 (4) - missing drum whistle
01:37:783 (3) - mmm is this finish intentional ? that doesn't fit nicely tbh
02:52:449 (3) - divide this into triplet instead to catch the drum at the blue tick
03:03:283 (4) - clap on slider's tail seems good

[Normal]
00:35:449 (4) - a normal curved slider would create a better contact with the next slider imo
02:52:449 (7) - try arranging it like this ? just random idea though :3

its just my opinion but honestly i feel that purple combo colour doesn't fit the BG eeeh I kinda like it, will be more willing to change should more people point this out to me

[Hard]
00:34:116 (4) - a few 1/4 pattern here may be good to replace this as you could cover the vocals at 00:34:949 - don't really want to use 1/4 here with how slow paced vocals and the drums feel here
00:41:783 (3) - there're snare drum on the reverse that could be emphasized with hitsound.. ya ? ya
01:20:116 (4) - missing drum whistle oo forgot to add one while remapping
01:37:783 (3) - mmm is this finish intentional ? that doesn't fit nicely tbh this should be a drum finish ><
02:52:449 (3) - divide this into triplet instead to catch the drum at the blue tick used a 1/4 instead as clicking twice felt like a bit too much
03:03:283 (4) - clap on slider's tail seems good was adrum whistle in previous kiais so I'm using one here too c; /it was missing though

[Normal]
00:35:449 (4) - a normal curved slider would create a better contact with the next slider imo hmm I like how the anchor compliments the clap in the song :c
02:52:449 (7) - try arranging it like this ? just random idea though :3 since everyone is bothered by this, I will give in and change c:

Would be too pushy and imbalanced if it's truly mapped on doubled BPM for difficulty purpose so I toned down to be played like between hard and insane.
The difficulty icon shows as "H" though.

Hello! | Just rechecking the Insane~

[FrostxE's Insane]
  1. This diff using more brighter combo colors than the first that appeared on Normal and Hard . Please make them consistent
  2. 00:24:116 (5,6) - This jump kinda too sudden here, as you see that this spacing has been used to measure 1/1 rhythms beforehand, except kiais . The rhythm isn't tough enough tho, so I recommend you to reduce the spacing
  3. 00:53:783 (1,2) - Try to add some additional hitsound on them . They really looks doesn't emphasize anything here because of the hit normal volume
  4. 01:16:449 (4,1) - There's no such a big sound that could make a far distance on those two . How about using 1.81x distance instead of using this one?
  5. 01:45:783 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - Need rework on NC at here imo . How about remove NC on 01:45:783 (1) - and add it on 01:45:949 (2) - because the jumpy flow just started on this slider . Then, swap NC between these two 01:46:783 (1,3) - to better emphasize the cymbal sound at 01:47:449 - ( I'm sorry I forgot to mentioned another same rhythm beforehand . Make sure you check on 00:41:783 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - if you apply this one)
  6. 01:51:783 (5) - Whistle? Fits better with the background hitsound
  7. 01:54:616 (1,2) - Swap NC . You don't need NC on 01:54:616 (1) - because there's no such a sound could be emphasized by a NC here and it'll be more worth if it placed on 01:54:783 (2) -
  8. 02:56:616 (5) - This slider plays really awkward here . Seems likely you didn't use this pattern at the previous rhythm beforehand . Rearrange this slider . Remove the repeat on it, so you can put a note to completely emphasis rhythm on this downbeat 02:56:783 - and put NC on it then make sure you remove NC on 02:57:116 (1) - if you apply my mod here
[]
Really, this diff need rework on NC'ing
Okay just a following notes that must be placed by NC . You could realize the same rhythm that has same problem like this :
00:41:783 (1,2) - Swap NC , then swap NC too on 00:43:116 (1,3) - (You can see the reason above)00:45:449 (1,3) - Swap NC . (3) that mapped on the downbeat must be clearly emphasized more than the others because it has more louder beat than the other white tick, even the previous white tick have it too00:48:116 (1,3) - ^00:50:783 (1,3) - ^00:53:783 (1,3) - ^00:58:783 (1,3) - ^01:01:449 (1,3) - ^01:05:116 (4,1) - Swap NC . The current (1) really made no sense, and etc.You must realize another part with same problem

Good Luck!

Mod for FrostExe's Insane! Based off opinion, aswell some thing's that might not get it ranked!

00:53:783 (1,2,3,4) - to me that feels like a bad overlap

00:54:783 (1,2) - ^

01:03:115 (6,7,8) - ^

01:53:783 (6,1,2) - Kinda bad here, but it might be fine, quote still an overlap issue.

01:57:449 (1,2,3) - ^

02:18:783 (5,1,2,3) - Not gonna keep pointing them out, there may be a few more!

Really didn't find any other issues, gl getting Ranked! Hope this helped :p

Will get to it once I am home though I have to say after a little skimming on NC mods, those NCs are breaking my patterns, the way how it is supposed to be for the way I NC used many years so I may completely ignore all of them.
Also it's a guest diff. Having different combo colors is fine. I did them with combo hax on purpose which speaks that everything is intentional.

Sorry that I didn't change anything on those overlaps. They are intentional as you see, they are stacked beneath either head or tail of the sliders.

Thank you for modding regardless!

Hard

00:25:783 (3) - I would just make a straight line like this --> http://puu.sh/jzkzy/66ef39fdce.jpg Since its kinda at a awkward angle
01:04:116 (5,6,7,8,1) - Would not do this , because theres no stream in Insane diff.
01:16:449 (3) - Move the red anchor to the middle so it gets covered by 01:15:449 (1) - http://puu.sh/jzkH2/c38ba25edf.jpg
01:35:116 (4) - Might need to lower this
02:19:116 (6,7) - Stack these ontop of 02:19:449 (1) -
02:23:283 (4) - Remove the whistle
02:32:116 (3) - Add whistle

Insane

00:11:449 (1) - Remove red anchor at the end
00:16:449 (5) - I would use two circles , because this should be clickable --> 00:16:449 (5) - tail
00:19:783 (1,2,3) - Stack first one with 00:17:783 (3) - something like this --> http://puu.sh/jzjLG/cc7387ae63.jpg
00:24:783 - Same thing with the clickable object here
00:29:449 (5) - CTRL + G , looks a lot better I think
00:33:449 (2) - Red anchor at the end , and curve other way ? --> http://puu.sh/jzjTV/5867904390.jpg
00:36:115 (2) - ^ just red anchor
00:37:116 - Change pattern to this ? -->http://puu.sh/jzk1J/bdf5acc5ba.jpg Placement --> http://puu.sh/jzk50/a934a9e17d.jpg & http://puu.sh/jzk5R/d76a5f3373.jpg
00:54:616 (4) - x:188 y:168
01:45:949 (2) - Overkill with the curve?
02:07:116 (6) - Curve this more for a blanket ? Rough Pic --> http://puu.sh/jzkjv/5235750560.jpg
02:53:783 (1,2) - Suggestion http://puu.sh/jzkq6/f62b06a7ef.jpg and http://puu.sh/jzkqZ/2d20c37646.jpg

00:25:783 (3) - I would just make a straight line like this --> http://puu.sh/jzkzy/66ef39fdce.jpg Since its kinda at a awkward angle don't really mind this playing a liiittle odd I like having this go along with the new track (+ I don't really think a sharper angle is a big bother on a bpm this low) slightly moved a circle though to decrease distance
01:04:116 (5,6,7,8,1) - Would not do this , because theres no stream in Insane diff. aaah added this before Insane was added so ya
01:16:449 (3) - Move the red anchor to the middle so it gets covered by 01:15:449 (1) - http://puu.sh/jzkH2/c38ba25edf.jpg kay
01:35:116 (4) - Might need to lower this doesn't seem to be particularly high, will keep an eye on this though
02:19:116 (6,7) - Stack these ontop of 02:19:449 (1) - would actually want this to be intense to play, song feels kinda glitchy and I'd like this to reflect on that
02:23:283 (4) - Remove the whistle b-but it's consistent with 02:20:616 (4) -
02:32:116 (3) - Add whistle ya
thank you!

Mod as requested

Red - Unrankable
Blue - Highly recommended
Black - Suggestion
General

  1. Try to delete .osb file because the map doesn't have any storyboard.
  2. electronica is quite useless in tags, because Electronic will be added to genre after it is qualified. Yes, electronica = electronic.
  3. FrostxE must be in tags as it is a guest mapper.
  4. The mp3's quality is really terrible. Respectively, it is probably downloaded from youtube or something and converted to 192kbps mp3, while original was lower than 192kbps. You basically increased file size by "increasing" quality. To solve this, you might use this mp3, don't worry about offset, there is no change. But here is a proof that your mp3 was actually lower than rankable 128kbps, you can tell this from where are the frequencies cut. Basically, it provides less information than 128kbps, but as high file size as 192kbps - that firstly doesn't make sense, and then it cannot be rankable, because the overall real quality is lower than 128kbps.
  5. Hitsound optimization could be a little better. I don't see a reason why'd you just use 2 samplesets (thus having duplicate soft-sliderslide2 and soft-sliderwhistle2. Instead of naming the clap soft-hitclap2, you could name it normal-hitclap and use "Additions: Normal" on each note where this hitclap was used, I don't think this would take so a lot of time, it is a job as long as the song itself, you can really do it while listening to it, so it doesn't harm you at all and it will result in 2 removed files and you won't have to use custom2 at all. Please tellthis to FrostxE, because these hitsounds are apparently only on his difficulty.
  6. Combo colors on Hard and Normal are not the best choice. Firstly, I think FrostxE's colors were better and emphasized the kiai in a nicer way, so I really recommend to exactly the same as he did. Gray+blue out of kiai, magenta+dark magenta in kiai. Problem in your current usage would be firstly inconsistency - many people don't like such changes between diffs when there is even same background, but mainly, the very dark magenta in your diff is really bad for reading, it blends with dark points of the background quite a lot. Other colors are pretty much shining out of the background, but this literally blends. I can see it clearly on 100% contrast, but well.. not everyone is using it, most regular is 50-75%, and this is already hard to look at, because the black is really blending with it. Please make sure this changes, preferably to same way as FrostxE did, because it is the easiest to read and fits really well, in the worse case at least use more visible colors.

FrostxE's Insane

  1. Disable widescreen support for sure, it is inconsistent with other diffs and is only a storyboard tool.
  2. 00:37:616 (4) - This rhythm is not really cool. It seems like there is only echo from guitar on 00:37:449 - . No matter whether this is the right thought, but it seems like that to me, but sound on 00:37:783 - is definitely more significant and it is pretty much recognizable that it is in background if you play it. On the other hand if 00:37:616 - is unmapped, and there is just 1/2 slider starting on 00:37:783 - , it definitely doesn't sound that empty as if this sound is unmapped. If possible, please fix this.
  3. 00:43:449 (3) - New combo here instead of 00:43:949 - would be definitely more sensible. Firstly, 00:43:949 - is not really a place where new things start, so why new combo.
  4. 01:47:449 (3) - Same applies to here as well.
  5. 02:04:449 (6) - Repeat on 02:04:949 - is not really the best place. Firstly, it is mapped to echo of guitar or even worse, to echo of hithat. Secondly, there are really more things to stick this to, for example the hittats themselves. You've got one on 02:04:783 - and second on 02:05:116 - . It feels empty and is rhytmically quite incorrect.
  6. 02:54:116 (2) - Same new combo thing as others applies here too.
  7. 02:58:783 - I don't really understand why, while it is exactly same as other kiais, you swapped combo color to non-kiai parts color. It does not make much sense with previous style of new comboing and makes the map just inconsistent.
  8. 01:13:283 (2) - Would be nice if you could prevent this from touching scoreboard (4:3, default skin)

Normal

  1. 00:24:116 (3) - Please prevent this object from touching scoreboard (4:3, default skin), it will decrease it readability, which is pretty important on low diffs especitally. There actually is a guideline to not put object below lifebar, so being covered by other part of UI is logically not correct either.

Conclusion: Rankable
