The site is condoning that behaviour by reporting on it and making it out to be a big issue. Do you think bad behaviour should not be aknowledged and pointed out at all?

I have gotten the impression that this report is written in a neutral tone, as a news report should be, so not taking any side, weter it'd be the the SJW's or the anti gay person's side. Unlike the IGN article Friendan linked which is more SJW leaning.

That said, im going to agree with IGN in this case, as i understand LoZ: Three heroes setting, Zelda and two other heroes go save the world. From what the creator said im not seeing any reason why one of these two other heroes couldnt be female, unless of course these two other heroes are the colored Zeldas from LoZ: Four Swords. (Where'd the fourth link go to then?) I dont care either way, as the sex of your hero doesnt matter at all for the game, id pick a female one for myself if theres one but ultimatively it doesnt matter. Obviously Zelda would remain to be a guy in any case.

Theres males in Touhou already, as example Rinnosuke. Id wager they'd become playable at some point in some game aswell, should they somehow rise in Touhou's popularity rankings.

What, people expressing their opinions is 'bad behaviour' is it?

Thankfully that article was somewhat neutral. However the mere fact that it was reporting on the event, someone posting something on their Facebook wall shows its agenda is not. This outrage culture of shaming people for their opinion and trying to get them fired is unacceptable.

We do know. The comment rules tell you to report a comment if it has offended you. And multiple people have complained that their comments have been deleted. That's because SJW's like their echo chambers and can't stand to have it any other way.

Unless the games story/mechanics involves their sex in some way, a example would be in a RPG a female character being able to charm that guard while a male character couldnt. Or maybe the other way around, the guard is gay and the player overhears that somehow somewhere. Totally could see it happenening in open world RPGs like Skyrim.

At it's core, I feel like this is why "I AM OFFENDED" is such a commonly used phrase nowadays. It shifts responsibility away from you and to the person who supposedly offended you, while completely disguising the fact, that both the offender and the offended hold responsibility for offending and getting offended.

Generally, whenever you see somebody self-victimizing, be alert. It's not a mature or constructive way of dealing with things, in the overwhelming majority of cases.

I'm not radical. It's not gonna kill me but I just don't want a guy in Touhou. It's been girls only so far, that's how I like it and that's how I'd like it to stay.

There's no reason to include them and no reason to exclude them, that's right. So there's no reason to kick up a fuss when a game happens to not have a playable female or male character.

And all I'm saying about the history thing is there is nothing wrong if a game does exclude females because of a historical context.

They are racist. They are racist against white people, and sexist against men. I've seen it a lot. Had some of the best architects in modern history, notably one of my favorites turned out to be a massive, pre World War II weeaboo. Historically, they might be best known for saunas and Simo Hayha. Is anyone here using Spotify and can confirm if The Offspring - You're Gonna Go Far Kid (Clean Album Version) is available in your country? I wanna check if it's a GEMA thing or it's banned across multiple/all countries.
If the first one is true: fuck Germany. I'm paying premium so at least let me listen to the songs I want to. This is fucking bullshit, this isn't the only case where Spotify randomly deletes songs from my playlist either.

Yes, I use Spotify. I can confirm that that album hasn't been released on Spotify yet.

It was on Spotify until like 2 weeks ago. The entire album was removed, you can still see it if you enable something in your options, can't remember what it was called.

Artists can request to remove their songs from Spotify. I'm pretty sure that's what Taylor Swift did. It's probably because the band wants to give it more time for people to buy the actual album.

Zzz that's just discriminating. I don't know jack shit about copyright but what's the point of making songs only available to certain parts of the world? GEMA has always been an annoyance here and I doubt it helps get rid of people pirating the music instead.

When you live in a country like Germany or Sweden, of course you can afford the luxury of buying random albums from semi-anonymous artists, but I know for a fact that here, 1 in 10 thousand buys stuff like that. It's sad to see that people have no money to buy condoms, let alone albums of wannabe artist.

On another note, I just got a taste of why Longbowmen completely raped the French alongside their Genoese Crossbowmen buddies.
My army barely two thousand strong, with the bulk of it being Longbowmen, and my King protecting their flanks. Meanwhile, Frenchies over 6 thousand strong, extremely strong cav with a variety of crossbowmen and militia archers supporting the bulk that are the dismounted knights.

Needless to say, I lost 354 men, most of which were my knights, as I foolishly charged into a spear wall, like a moron, and Frenchies? Yeah, they lost 5377 men. Half of them routed and were executed for cowardice.

Remember, big-time artists only make money in their concerts. Since music can be illegally downloaded through P2P networks, their merch and other services recoup what they spent in music and music-videos.

I'd buy from a small artist/amateur band, but not anything professional since amateurs need the money more. Though I'm risking buying shitty thongs as well.

in my experience popularity has very little to do with quality of music, you're just as at risk giving money to the bigger names.

the only real way to be sure in any case is to hear as much as you can before you buy
