You can already autojoin channels, excluding PMs.
After you have successfully connected, you'll get connected to the other channels you have left opened.
And #osu is the official channel. I doubt peppy would approve this.

You can just type /chat tillerino when you start up osu!, easy.
#osu --> No, it's the official chat of the game, which you can close by a simple mouse click
For Tillerino, he is just a person, just add him as a friend and open the chat via f9 (or do what Bauxe said)

plus i found out u can close chats using ctr+w and a way to auto start things when starting windows
now i can auto start osu when i log in to my computer, prs f8, prs ctr+w, and type /chat tillerino
