Hello, I'm Elekyon, and as what you click this thread for, Welcome!

I take both Avatars and Banner requests as you read the rules below

-Don't spam, I'll always notice you
-Get a high quality image, as long they are good
-Be patient, hey, I have a life you know?

Though, I don't know if you can see the sparkles (because I still need some practice to do it), but I also change the plain white background that fits, I guess.
I hope you don't mind about it. You can ask me if you want it to change something ^^"

And that image is 296x194. 194 is smaller than 250 which I need to resize it larger and may makes the avatar looks low quality

Though, I can't make the borders would look like as you requested, since transperancy doesn't works in jpg and would take a lot of image size if it's png (over 100kpbs)
