I see quite inconsistency in combos during the whole map. Consider fixing this. (Removing/Adding NCs)
Otherwise seems fine.

Normal:
00:15:989 (6,1) - Imo, a slider that ends at 00:16:457 (1) - would suit better.
00:31:457 (1) - What about redesign the slider like this: 00:32:629 (3) -
01:17:395 (2) - Cut the slider at 01:17:864 -
03:37:082 (1) - Split the slider to two parts. Insert the second part at 03:40:832 -

Hard:
00:06:731 - I miss the note here. What about adding it?
00:09:426 (1) - Remove NC.
00:12:707 (1,1) - ^
Otherwise seems fine.

00:15:286 (2,3) - Really minor, but blanket could be improved here.
00:20:442 (3) - Note that there's no music on this note, you might have done it on purpose, but I will still mention it. (They just repeat so I won't note them again)
00:21:145 (6) - Slider end really should be a regular circle for 2 reasons: the vocal are somewhat 'strong' so they should be emphasized by pressing on them and the ringing sounds go in a 1-2 pattern (I am not really sure how to explain it properly) and pressing on the 1 would feel better then the end of a slider repeat.
01:03:801 (2,3) - This will play much better this way: http://puu.sh/hJrdu/02d625fe02.jpg 3 is getting pressed with the strong ringing sound and 2 ends on the low whateveritis sound.
01:21:614 (5,1,2,3) - The end of 01:21:614 (5) - should be pressable, it will fit with the whole circle pressing pattern much better.
01:30:286 (4) - Moving it to 01:30:286 and repositioning will follow the stronger music and will emphasize it much more.
01:52:082 (1,2,3) - This pattern plays awkwardly, emphasize the stronger beats. (03:57:707 (1,2,3,4) - is really good compared to the other one <)
01:56:301 (2) - Move it a bit farther, the overlap doesn't look too well.

[Hard]
02:50:911 (2,3) - A circle and a slider should replace this pattern, it will follow the vocals much better and pressing & holding when he says "beat" will play better.
03:21:145 (2) - This should be replaced with a circle and a slider. I am not really sure how the explain it, but it will follow the music itself much better because of the different sound on both slider reverse and slider end, you should try it.

Dazu würd ich mir überlegen die Hitsoundpatterns bei Easy Consistent mit den anderen Diffs zu machen.

Rhythmical Issues:
1. 01:17:395 (4) - The Major Downbeat is part of a build-up. When you end your slider there it takes all
  the possible play and 'power' away from the song. You should consider removing the Repeat and adding a circle
  on 01:18:332 - I also didn't mention the other Major Downbeats that were missed since those arent really
  noticeable while playing anyways due to the song having such a repetitive rhythm and tune.
Placement Issues:
1. 01:57:707 (3) - If you would hit ctrl+g you could save a lot of flow in this pattern.

Cosmetical Issues:
1. 00:14:582 (1) - The curving around the sliderend 00:12:707 (2) looks really messy. This would usually
  go into the 'Nazi' section of my mods, but since this was clearly visible while playing, I think its more a

1. 00:34:270 (1,2,3,4) - Back-and-forth finde ich persönlich jetzt nicht so ideal für die stelle. Es ist ein wenig
  unvorteilhaft zu lesen. Wie wärs mit einem zick-zack? Damit würdest du die Cursorbewegung großteils beibehalten
  wärend du gleichzeitig ein leichter zu lesendes Pattern hättest.

Cosmetical Issues:
1. 00:06:848 (1) - Remove NC? Du hast nach dem Segment eine kleine Pause, was mich denken

  Triplet einfach unangenehm zum spielen macht. Der selbe rhythmus wie der, den ich auf Hard vorgeschlagen
  habe, kann hier gut verwendet werden.

  den 1/1 Beat strecken. Entsprechend sollte hier auch ein 1/1 slider sein. Damit würde es auch nicht
  so 'overmapped' (Ist nicht das richtige Wort aber in die Richtung) klingen. Dazu wurde das auf Hard
  mit einem slider auf Vocals gemappt, fänd es also schade das hier nicht auch zu tun.

7. 03:47:512 (2) - Remove? Hier ist kein Beat. Außerdem könnte man das benutzen um einen Jump für
  den Aufbau zu machen was meiner Meinung nach einen schönen effekt geben kann~ Du könntest

00:40:364 (4,1,2) - Normal clap on the end of the slider, and on 2
00:44:582 (1,2,3) - 1 and 3 clap

You could put claps around, like in the chorus

Just some hitsounds, the insane did have a lot more hitsounds that I could hear than the Hard, if there were some in hard (not including whistles). The mod was kinda lackluster sorry :l

you're not using ANY of custom hitsounds you have in your folder, you have to change hitsounds settings in every diff (S -> S:C1 for example) or remove hitsounds from folder instead
I'd really like to know how much fits the red combo colour with BG, personally I'd change it by this one for example

check combo colours, they are not the same between diffs
if you don't have SB you might have to delete that .osb file in folder

  01:15:989 (7) - You have ignored the downbeat (01:16:457 - ) here, which emphasize the song correctly. We recommend making it a clickable action by adding a note on the downbeat.
  01:17:629 - This spot feels empty, we suggest adding a circle 01:17:629 - in order to keep a structured rhythm.

  01:50:207 (1,2,3,4) - Same goes for this one.
- Further polishment of your map is highly recommended. (Insane)
- There are many jumps to be found where no jump fits, and viceversa. Additionally, the spacing overall seems quite random, (example: 01:44:114 (5,6,1) - why is it spaced inequally although the song stays the same? 01:20:676 (2,3,4) - , 01:27:239 (5,6,1,2) - ) Please take care to emphasize the strong beats correctly. Mostly you put a jump from a strong beat to a less important beat, but it should be the other way round. If we take 01:27:239 (5,6,1) - as an example, the jump should be from 6 to 1, not from 5 to 6. We'd like you to take a good look at your map again, to spot these kind of issues and fix them.
