Wrapping up 4 and starting 5!

Based on the number of votes the topics are getting, I'm thinking that the beatmaps that have at least 3 votes will be declared 'best of the best', and those with 2 or less will be eliminated. Then if you guys want, we can either leave it at that, or eliminate till there's a top 10 or something like that.
Let me also point out that it's not too late to vote for earlier polls. Once I get to the last set of beatmaps that are ranked at the time though, That's when I'll count up the totals.
