Hm, I'm on my laptop so I can't check the timing to really precise levels, but it felt fine.
1/16 surprisingly works while i'm on this laptop, but I would have to guess it should be on 1/6 ticks just from listening to the rhythm. In 1/16 case you have a really big amount of unsnapped or wrongly snapped objects though. After fiddling with my timing settings, I can confirm this should all be on 1/6 ticks (which also kinda makes the concerns below almost invalid).
00:45:020 (3) - slider end is 1/16 too early (unless you "follow" melody which is technically not possible, since the melody has a pretty big offset shift compared to the rhythm)
00:46:863 (6,7,8) - This is problematic to hit because the melody is skipped for the first note which was mapped on the rhythm snap, and then suddenly a shift to melody. etc
I don't know, I stopped playing this game mode a long time ago, but the mapping like the above is confusing to me. Most of the time the rhythm is followed and then suddenly there is a change to melody which is not on the same ticks as rhythm due to the nature of the instruments used.
EDIT:
FWIW checked it on my PC. With offset +8 and using 1/6 ticks it looks just right to me. Basically, Dake is right.
