First, no kiai. I suggest using 01:12:864 to 01:34:464 . And maybe a kiai fountain in 01:23:836
Secondly, the wallpaper looks a little bland to me. Maybe you should go for something red and warmer + more saturation
Slider tick rate should be 1 imo. But if you use 2 for the nice tick sounds (which sounds pretty nice for me) then keep it.

Actually you should not use any overlaps. For the easiest diff, overlapping is a very rare case and mostly not accepted. Taking this quote from a modder in #modhelp..

When beginners see two notes overlapping no matter stacking or not, they will start mashing.Don't tell me that you are trying to training them to play hard. Do that in normal but not in easy. In my opinion, you need to remap this diff, with no overlaps. For a high BPM like this, only use 2/1 if possible to avoid overlaps. Feel free to use 1.0 ds too.

The SV is a little too fast. Somewhat reminds me of DJPop maps lol. Low AR and high SV. Feel free to keep it though, it is theoretically acceptable (but I don't like it). It makes me hit the next note too early for most of the times as the SV guides.

This diff is nice :3 Love it. But for some parts it isn't visually appealing enough (maybe i'm picky but i'll just point out)

This diff looks like Another in some ways. I hope that you can call it an Insane instead of Hyper. No one calls a map full of short streams 'Hyper' lol.
Quite the same issue with Hard. It has some repeated patterns too (and a part which looked like Hard..) but feel free to keep it.
So..I don't notice any big issues here, besides the wrong diff name + some occasional repeating patterns (which is quite rare to be found when playing, unlike hard), nothing else needs changing.

Well..give it a custom diff name, or just call it Extra. Another is a little 'low-class' for this difficulty ;;
