~General Blathering~
Looks like I'm your first modder lol. I'll begin by stating that this beatmap gives a clear example of how difficulty's should be gapped. Beginner is ridiculously easy, Normal is..average almost, and Expert is downright bull****. I will however state that the background image is a bit iffy; by this I mean that the picture is somewhat unappealing to me, but that's just my personal opinion. My other opinion, which is my opinion for every song out there, is storyboard. I'm a big fan of storyboarding and custom skins; seeing such things from a song like this would greatly appeal to me and I'm sure a select others. Excluding that, I found your beatmapping and hitsound design to be good overall, though some things on your Expert difficulty really made me cry.
~Beginner~
All the notes look evenly spaced to me and neatly arranged already, and considering the fact that I perfected it, I'll just say that this difficulty is done solid.
~Normal~
I also perfected this song, and honestly nothing threw me off so I don't see a problem with this difficulty either for me.
~Expert~
Now this one made me cry, or almost made me. I expect this kind of absurdity from the hardest difficulty, but I want to point out some things that I would blame on the beatmap and not my playing skill:
00:55:681 (3,4) - This really threw me off. The way you set up the notes here easily misleads the player into hitting 4 first instead of 3.
01:00:870 (3,4) - Same as 00:55:681
01:06:059 (3,4) - This is IMO a much more acceptable way of jumping compared to 00:55:681, even though I still think it's absurd to jump like that in mid-pace but the arrangement is acceptable to me.
Everything else on Expert appears ok to me. I honestly think jumping is a fun and challenging way to play Osu, if it's done right, so I did enjoy most of the song.
Thus overall I think you did a fine job beatmapping in general, with the exception of a few things on Expert. As far as visual design goes though, I hope to see better. With that I leave you a star.
