You made me find my NES emulator and play some Megaman after hearing this song through a couple times.

I don't know the beat playing in your head, but after listening, you were matching most of the beats to a specific sound (that electric flute sound is how I describe it) in the song. The following parts could be changed to adhere more to that specific beat. See if it sounds better.

Nice 8-bit song. I somehow mistook it to be low quality. lololololol

Overall: For both diffs, the volume sounds too high, I can barely here the song. I'd have to suggest moving lowering it down to 1-2 ticks.

General: This diff looks more like an Easy rather than a Normal, basing on HD-OD-hitcircle size. However, it looks Normal because of the beat placements both in the grid and the timeline. I kept missing on some notes since I can't read them based on when they appear. I suggest moving the OD 2 tick higher and the HD to 1 tick.

00:41:611 (1) - Kinda sounds too abrupt to let the flow cut there. :P

General: This diff doesn't look challenging enough to be a Hard. HD is reasonable so I'd only suggest raising up the OD. Also, the tick hitsounds doesn't sound good. I'd either suggest lowering the rate to 0.5 or silencing the ticks instead.

Replace BG with something less crap. Here, I took the time to make this just for you.

I'm getting two .osb files, I think one's old from an Artist change though and I got the 2nd when I just redownloaded. Either way make sure you don't have any .osb files included.

I'm hitting like 18ms late consistently with 522 offset. I suggest at least +10 to offset and getting someone to reconfirm offset.

My internets say song title is 'Wood Man' not 'Woodman.' Much like how it's 'Mega Man' instead of 'Megaman.' Also, add 'megaman woodman' in tags for scrubs that don't use their spacebar.

00:23:977 (1,2) - I think these stacked sliders look bad and would unstack+reshape them.
00:42:775 (5) - Hitsound goes what? I'd remove the finish/green lines you put on the tick.
In general though, I think you had too many finishes, and the lack of claps (minus the opening) or whistles didn't help that. I suggest re-doing your hitsounds some to at least include some whistles on sliders here or there.

OD +1 or +2. It actually makes it easier to play IMO. It's a little hard to read because of note placement and the OD/song so I think this would help correct that.

Also I started modding before your update an hour ago I've just been busy gathering a Mega Man font for the BG and other various things so it took a long time. As far as I noted you only changed combo colors? So I think all of what I wrote still applies.

Anyways, my main concerns were Hitsounds, BG/combocolors, and the offset. So if you review that stuff I think that'll take care of everything. Song's fairly short and it's only 2 diffs anyways. (Might want to add one more diff btw? I'd go the Insane route.) Star'd.

I was making this map also before, and I think sound quality can be better. Check my mp3 (attachment)
Also I think that the song should loop 2 times instead of ~1.5 like it is now. It will require to add notes in all difficulties... probably not worth of it

The claps are still here. I guess they're acceptable, but they're poor usage of hitsounds.
00:32:142 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - These 3-stacks should start on red ticks and end on white, like the previous ones. The inconsistency isn't nice.

This post sounds so negative, even by my standards. :( It's good for the most part though.
