This can be a general channel where people can go to discuss art or find people that can take requests for edits and such. Artists and other graphics people can come together and create a community to chat with each other, rather than being limited to forums or pm's.
It's similar to a #videogames, but with art.
I guess personally speaking, I want to have a channel where I can go to talk about art and editing/graphics. Also, a convenient place for people to join the channel and find help for this kind of thing, rather than going to forum and making an entire post about it.
