Stuck on this 2005 Pentium M with Windows XP since my main died and anything higher then XP runs like garbage for (my ways of) general purpose use

Had to edit my wallpaper a little bit to make the rainmeter more visible (it was way too light at first) and a automatically hidden task bar is a must for me nowadays.
Cleaned up my desktop
