I got a question about the additional points under the %

Can anyone tell me whats the difference between the 2 scores? one has an additional 2,241,785 score one doesn't, but they both have 100% and the same score overall but what does that additional score mean?

He/she has 2,241,785 additional score over the score that's below that score, not above.
