Hello there !!

So i'm gonne be quick and simple : Let me explain it quickly : I play Taiko and i really love it !!! I'm playing sinds a little mounth and i'm getting better i feel and i try harder lvls .... but there is one thing that annoys me ....

I saw that on most of websites foor noobs that it's ok to play one side BLUE one side RED but it's better to have 1 red and 1 blue for both hands ....

SO MY QUESTION ...... I use DF (for blue) and 7/ (for red) yeah i know it's a bit strange ... i have "devloped" my own (?) technic for the REDREDRED ones or the BLUEBLUERED, you know 3 on a row with a little space AND the 2 that are really close to eachother (no space at all) and i'm getting good for those i generally make a C (without any mod) and have about 80-90% (i do a lot of blue hits not every single is red star :() so .... here again : My question :

Should i continue to play like this for the futur of the game ? OR should i right now change my keys putting 1 color on each side and try to go all again ?

I'm asking for some advice because i like the way i "dance" on the keyboard for the songs but i tr'yd to change my keys and my brains have it difficult to maintain 2 differents colors for the 2 sides xD

So any good advice ? should i go the way i was doing (good ? in my eyes ?) or should i go to lvl up and begin the way most of pro's(?) do ?

In color maybe more comprensable :
Me : DF 7/
What most of websites say is better : DF 7/

I prefer my version but if most ou you people say or think the other one is better because it's simple IS easy'r for the hands ... tell me ! I really love the game and going for the 4'star and a half whitout failing because of to many combos would be so nice :)

Sorry for the bad english !!!

Thanks a lot, peace
MMzz
Taiko is very flexable with playstyles and all can develop to a certain extent. Here is a thread where we are currently discussing the pros and cons of different playstyles. It will help answer your questions and determine what playstyle works for you!
