Hi guys!!!
I know there are a lot of creative and skillful artists here currently including:
Aomi
Riyukii
Konaruhi
MoeChuu

So I am in need of your assistance to maybe teach me how you guys do that.
So like a tutorial would be helpful.
Also, can i ask what programs do you use to create those works.

I don't really do tutorials, but I use Adobe Photoshop CS6. :D

You're better off joining gfx oriented sites and learning from there. Learn basics such as depth, flow, lighting, proper text placement, etc etc. I'm surprised no one's mentioned this. You'll learn a lot faster than being dependent as they offer better constructive criticism on things to improve on. Some have their own tutorial sections also. Depends on where you go.

Depending on the style of art you make

True, you just need to try and try until you want your work to be cool or pretty.
Just play with effects and fonts that will suit the picture.

the texture is ruining the face
you can erase the texture at the girl's face part using eraser tool (E)

The focal point is obscured. You either lowered the opacity on it or had the bg above the layer with transparency. Also bad txt placement and it stands out more than the focal point. There's also no flow. My eyes dart all over the piece and mainly keep getting focused on the txt. For depth can't really comment on it. Bg is also obscured. There's also no lighting so nothing to comment in that.
Text isn't always necessary. Sometimes it's better leaving it out. Make sure the character which I assume was meant to be your focal point stand out a bit more. But make sure everything else is blended. Also, after images like of the character like what you have right now are almost always bad.
Keep trying tho. Soon enough you might find yourself liking smudge, c4d, or vector type pieces. This place isn't a gfx focused site so you probably won't get much cnc.

I use GIMP and Befunky for the text and fancy filters and touches.
Also cooltext is another great website for making text and pomf.se is probably the best for uploading the images.
Here's a tutorial on how to make outlines/shadows.

Kinda erase the texture a bit on her face, and you can change the font into TRENCH or anything that's clean so it would be easy to read. :)
And try to put some textures that can flow with the picture itself~
You can try playing with options like, normal, dissolve, darken, multiply, color burn and etc.
