Audiosurf, Osu! and IOSYS rolled into one crazy mashup.
I was trying to create a beatmap (and failing miserably) when I had the idea.

Is that an actual mod or combination of osu! and Audiosurf, or did you key the audiosurf video into the background of the osu! gameplay?

I recorded the osu gameplay with novideo and used chroma key to remove the background and get just the beats. I overlaid that onto the audiosurf video and put the original video back in with some filters and the curved mask. The only real issue was timing as the videos wouldn't record with sound.

Next up: Beathazard + Osu!
