I keep seeing people state that it is a ranking policy. I haven't seen it i the guidelines anywhere, but I see it mentioned enough that I may as well add to the fray. I'm sure I won't be the only one.

Sorry. Don = red beats. Kat = blue beats. Just saying that maybe some variation during the first part of the song would be nice, instead of pretty much only hitting don for long stretches.

Also, I find the older version of this has much much better placements of breaks, I find yours quite random.
And do you really need to have |Osu!| Ultimate's in the filename as they are obvious (And if you keep them lowercase the o in osu! please)
