score is over 950k despite not getting full combo. plus there's quite many 200s there.

Getting 100s affects your score by a lot. There is a hidden score multiplier in osu!mania scoring, and 100 drastically lowers that multiplier.
The 200s and 100s don't affect score as much if you get them near the end of the map.
Also, they affect score less if they are distributed evenly through the map (not getting several 200s or 100s in a row, for example).
