Although 1/2 rhythm is approval on futsuu but you seems to use too many 1/2 on some part(03:22:157 - ~ 03:26:657 -). I suggest you remove some notes

00:03:407 (1,1,3) - remove these notes? sounds smooth to me
00:21:032 (1) - move to 00:21:782 - ? to follow the vocal
00:23:657 (1,1,2,3) - change to d kkd?sounds better to me
00:27:407 - move to 00:27:219 - and 00:27:032 (2) - move to 00:27:782 - to follow the vocal would be better
00:28:907 (1) - i think you can remove this note
00:33:032 (2,3) - this notes is really unsuitable for vocal try remove 00:33:219 (3) - and move 00:33:032 (2) - to 00:33:782 - now, I'm leaving for this.
if you fixed the above one please remove 00:35:094 (3) - and move 00:34:532 (1) - to 00:36:594 -

00:40:157 (1) - umm... i don't think here has any powerful sounds, so remove finish? sure.

00:56:282 (1) - i suggest you remove this note, because there isn't the vocal here. Although here has a drum sound , i think you mainly follow the vocal on this part

01:04:532 (1) - move to 01:04:907 - as d i think follow vocal and drum on this part might be better deleted some. but keep dk*kdk*k rhythm parttern.

01:14:094 (3) - i suggest you remove this note, it not only make the rhythm clearly with vocal but also make this diff easier

I'll give only small suggestions, I liked how this mapset is done.

01:07:907 (1), 01:09:032 (2) - Maybe remove these two to make the same ryhthm as in 01:04:157 (2,1,2,3,4).
01:09:969 (1) - This spinner is a bit too long for the guitar string I think your following here, how about ending it in 01:11:657?
01:31:907 - Add a note here? the drums are quite intense and uniform in this part, so it could fit nicely.
01:36:032 (1) - Maybe remove this note? I think the finish in 01:35:657 (1) is enough to emphasize this part.
02:19:907 (1), 02:21:032 (2) - Same as in first suggestion. 01:07:907 (1), 01:09:032 (2) -
02:22:157 (1) - Maybe change spinner this for a don, I don't think a spinner fits nicely here, a tiny break would be better imo.
02:43:907 - Add a note here?
02:48:032 (1) - Maybe remove this note?
03:19:157 (4,5,6) - You could use a spinner instead this notes, I think it'll reduce the stress there.

I'd suggest to use 1.4 for SV here, the big notes in 1/2 overlaps a bit and looks ugly, like 00:17:657 (1,2,1,2). If you do remember to reduce a bit the speed ups.
You may also consider make some SV changes less drastic, like the ones with 0.75x
01:09:969 (1) - As in Kantan
02:22:157 (1) - As in Kantan, but you can also use a kat here.
02:49:157 - 02:52:157 - This may be a personal taste, but this part would sound better without the kats, letting the big notes feel stronger.

Kiai isn't properly snapped in next points, you should snap them. 01:13:157 - 03:22:157 - 03:55:151.
01:32:282 (4) - How about making this a kat? This pattern being mostly dons feels a bit awkward, as the song is kinda changing

02:22:344 (1) - I'd remove this spinner, I feel it a bit out of place as the song goes very quiet. Try something like this.

01:57:407 (114,115,116,117) - This may be a bit tricky due the next SV change, just wanted to say this, I don't have anything against this.
02:22:344 (1) - Same as in the other diffs, a break would fit better here, due the song being very calm. You could try adding a note in 02:24:032.
03:49:719 (35,36,37) - Try using ddd like in 02:52:719 (51,52,53)?

00:18:782 (1) - D a finisher? there's not any reasons to use it on 00:18:782 - . i used finishers on 00:18:407 (1,2) - because of the guitar sounds which come out there. but on 00:18:782 - , it's just a vocal. the finisher isn't fit with the low vocal there
00:24:219 (2) - d nope. it'll destroy my vocal pattern on 00:24:032 (1,2,1,2) -

02:09:969 (1) - k this don will emphasize the finisher well on 02:10:157 - . you can hear that~

Talk with the mapper. changed the unsnapped green line and sv to 1.40 on futsuu. the little overlap on oni maybe a bit confusing, but after testing by HD mode, it is still visible, so i think it would be fine.
