I think i need to explain the needed ranking, because i also didn´t get it the first time.
You need a ranking over 100k. so 128347 is okay, but 96847 isn´t.

I hereby apologize that I could take anything because of power failure. The storm did it turn out the current on Saturday against 11.43 clock. All 75,000 households were almost 3 days without power. Read only candles, oven and books I would have to persevere.
