PLK 101 - aka. How stupid people of this country can be.

What do you guys think about it? Many Poles from "stupid" part of this nation were spreading out weird rumors recently such as this one:
"That wasn't an accident, it's act of war triggered by Russia. Russians shot down our airplane with missiles!"

And that's what I'm talking about... I've lost my faith in this country (There was almost no faith to begin with, now it's big NULL)

Oh right. There's also that affair with burial of our president at Wawel Castle (Click it to learn what's "that" castle to people of Poland). Quite a nice group of people is now protesting to abandon that idea.
Well... Why in earth should we abandon it? There are all Polish kings and national heroes buried on that damn castle. President is like a king, isn't he? Then what is your problem? You can connect that bloody "Katyń" from 1940 with death of people who flied PLK 101.

I'd like to say one more thing about this whole "accident" and big mourning in Poland.
It's your fault, Polish citizen for protesting not to buy 3 brand new airplanes and saving money for something useless instead.
Millions of people have decided on their death. Well, there was no other option than placing everyone on one plane (because there's only one presidential plane in Poland... No back-up. Well, there was). You wouldn't put government officials on commercial airplane, now would you? Speaking of mourning, I'm sick of it. The entire week was "junked". I've had to pause otaku club activities because of it. Moreover, there's nothing else on Polish TV than damn news about president's death!

Are you seriously telling me Putin didn't shoot that plane? Just look at him, he looks like a freaking Bond villain.

I haven't read anything about this, but I'm guessing they want him to be buried next to his wife. Either that, or they think he's a faggot who shouldn't be buried alongside national heroes.

I've read the link and I'm kinda agree with loginer, but seeing there is no will (well...yeah it's an accident) stating the president want to be buried beside his wife, probably the authorities? want to buried the president in the castle as a final respect

makes dieing in an accident you into a hero or a king I don't think so, besides he properly forced the pilot to land in the fog thus making it his own fault. like when he tried to force his pilot to land in Georgia when there was a war going on there.

Yeah it's hard on me because I've had to pass on that message to club members and walk 10 km on foot to my SAPiK branch in order to talk with manager. It WAS indeed hard on me.
Also there are no anime channels, or channels related to Japan in Poland.

OK. I understand you. Do you know how sad I felt when the swine flu arrived to my country. Beside of watch that new over and over and over on the TV, I had to suffer a "quarentine". I wasn't referring to the English, bad as it was. I was referring to the overall vibe of stupidity it was giving off.


I don't really expect people with English as a second language to speak it perfectly unless you're Larto, thanks.

This still sickens me slightly.

That somebody has absolutely no pride or even respect for the country which was responsible for maintaining their welfare while they grew up.

Shit, Australia may be a shithole at times, but if Rudd and his family were to tragically die in some horrible accident, the last thing thing I'd be doing is complaining about TV scheduling changes of all goddamn things.

Any way you roll the dice, the nation you belong to has to some extent, kept you off the streets and educated you to ultimately end up the person you are today. The absolute least you can do is show a little fucking respect if something terrible happens to the leaders of said nation.

I mean seriously, it's not like they're asking you to prostrate on the streets or anything.

Well, I see it's drama topic so I'll bring my own: our president was one big dumbfuck, I didn't wish him to die, just to abandon political career. And now some other "important" people are turning him into king and national hero. What the bloody kind of joke is it? He just fucking died in plane crash, do not bring epic sadness into him ONLY. What about 95 other people who died there too? (BTW, one topic already exists about it)

Extra Question: Who seriously fucking cares? Most of people even do not know where Poland is exactly situated, so why somebody might care about our (stupid as hell) government? Successful Fail is Successful.

Can we close this topic? I'm sick of talking about it.
