Adding : 01:02:889 (1,1,2,1,1,1,2,1,2) - The drum pattern is similar to 02:28:083 (2,3,1,1,1,2,1,1,2,3,1) - ; you could try out having a similar pattern.

But I did it rather intentional even though I had 1/6 before. Trying to have less 1/6 to make it not a thing.

01:52:944 (3) - 01:55:596 (1) - 02:06:204 (3) - Remove those finishers please? They're awkward to play and don't really fit to the song imo. Also I think it makes the kiai inconsistent. Oh, you are right. Removed.

01:02:309 (1,1,1) - Nooooo Ono! owo Why an extra kat? It isn't needed, delete it. Also, if you deleted that kat, 01:02:392 (1) - should be changed to a kat and 01:02:558 (1) - changed to a don
It should simply look like this: Nice idea. Applied.
01:03:718 (1,2,1,1,1,2,3,1) - This pattern "sounds" great but... it doesn't play that way though. I believe it should be revised for better flow. Also, there's a great opportunity for 1/6 here. Seeing as you did it with the previous section, why not here as well? Changed in a similar way, also because Kurosanyan suggested somewhere else a 1/6.
Suggesting:
01:28:580 - Lower the volume to 40% in this section. The hitsounds are overpowering the music too much here. The goal is to get it to "mesh" into that beautiful melody. Okay, accepting. Put 60% at 01:36:536 so it rise up to 80% in the kiai.
01:46:563 (1,2,3,1,1,1) - Again, it "sounds" great but doesn't play the same way. Also, as with the previous ones there's another opportunity for 1/6.
Another suggestion: I guess here I will rather follow my likes an keep 1/6 away. Kuro suggested it as well, but first patterns in kiai might have a lower effect due to 1/6 ?
01:52:944 (3) - I sort of agree with kurosanyan here but i don't have any problems with the most of the other finishers. Just this one and a similar one because of the flow. Can be easily fixed though if you change 01:52:779 (2) - to a don changed in kuro1 mod
02:06:204 (3) - ^ Same reasons
02:07:033 (1,1,2,1,1) - This is very awkward to play and I highly recommend revising it. I also tried kurosanyan's suggestion and, you may say otherwise, but I don't believe it solved the problem. Sorry, kurosanyan ;_; Changed to what I had previously at 01:56:426.

I checked the map, looked good. However, there's a thing in Oni that should be fixed imo:

01:04:879 - / 01:10:183 - / 01:15:486 - These short breaks in a Easy diffs are worrying me because new players won't be able to understand that they're so short. Deleting them and keeping players focused to the map would be the best idea, in my opinion.

[Normal]

00:32:723 (1,2) - / 00:47:309 (1,2) - Swap NC? They're inconsistent, comparing to the other similar patterns.
01:03:221 (1,2) - This one could be kept, but I'm not really sure.
01:20:624 (1,1) - Is it okay to have the same combo colour in your plans?
01:41:840 (1,2) - - Split them into two 1/2 sliders so that the sound in 01:43:829 will be highlighted too.

[Bakari's Hard]

00:27:585 (5) - You've been pretty inconsistent with NC on this part. You either add one right after patterns like 00:26:260 (1,2,3,4) -, but you didn't in some as well. Recheck the whole part and try to have a consistent NC pattern.
