Bleh. This is, by far, my favorite MTH song, but with no less than 7 (And I mean that by, at least) tempo changes, It's rocking my face when I'm trying to map it. I think that the first two sections are okay. Until it goes off. And then it's all hell from that point on. Possibly the 237 tempo section is right as well, but the offset on the others are... Ugh. Also, at points it seems like they speed up and slow down just a bit inside of the measures. Double ugh.

Is this song a hopeless cause, or can it be salvaged? All I did was try to get the timing, I haven't done any beats yet; I fear the wrath of a blazing metronome, coming to punish those who ignore its shrill clicking and beeping.

it doesnt start when i click on the bar the songlist just reapears.:S
i hope it will get good beats cuz i love MTH


EDIT: im not that good in making beatmaps but i think if you listen good to music you can make a song easily.

You are crazy to attempt this song. I had a quick look through your timings and they all seemed pretty good, actually. I didn't listen the *whole* way through because I don't have that much time :) but I think you should be pretty confident with your timings as you seem to know what you are doing!

Okay, I'll try to give a more detailed list of the areas I'm not sure about.

It's fine 'till 1:30, where it's going at 215 and it goes off for a measure, When it goes back, It sounds a tad slower than 215, but as if the song slows down in the section from 1:31 to 1:39. I'm moderately okay with 1:39 to 1:55, The very beginning sounds a tad weird, but it could be the transition. Once I hit the two minute mark, however, I begin to lose confidence. In the chorus bit from 2:11 to 2:23, it definitely sounds as if the band is slowing down from around 190ish to 184ish. 2:23 to 2:42 is speeding up, from 187 to about 191, but I can't decide if it's a constant or it changes at 2:34. 2:42 to 3:06 has some weird slight tempo changes, but I think I got close. 3:06 on is just chaos. I have no idea where to even start.I think it goes from 250 to 255, but I honestly can't hear it at all in that section. 3:15 on I'm fine with.

So, I could just add timing sections every measure for the speeding up and slowing down bits, but the editor is getting angry at me. <_< If you try to add a timing section between 2 you already have, it just makes all the sections after it not register. Also, once it just kinda died and refused to let me do ANYTHING until I removed the section I just added.What I'm gonna have to do is write down all of my sections with BPM and offset, and delete them and start from where I first need to change, then add 'em back in.

Unless there's some way around that in the editor?

Regardless, I'll fiddle with this all day, and see what I can do.

You have to report these things, or they don't get fixed ;). I'll try and get a new version up with fixes tonight.

Edit: Have found the cause of this - expect a new version in <1hour (or come on IRC and I'll hook you up).

I actually just noticed it as I was tweaking sections while writing that post. XD
