Another thing I want to point out is that you have a large amount of the SB objects in .jpeg format instead of .png. I know .png's take a great load of space but it does help with the quality as i'm seeing the pixels being streched out in a way that makes it look less neat (example at 02:08:94). Make sure to check into that as well. After the fixes are done, let me know and i'll check into bubbling.

I understand after having this map pointed out to me why it's at the SP it is and it's still not bubbled or ranked.
Your timing is fine. The SB is satisfactory. The skin is horrible and Hard difficulty is an absolute joke.
The countdown images for the skins are completely unacceptable. Find ones that don't suck - use gelbooru if you're having problems (and I define suck as 'ripped straight from the anime'). The kiai is completely inconsistent between the difficulties and to top it off, you make no effort either in mapping style or SB to even remotely notify the person of the seemingly random BPM/velocity shifts that accompany various sections in your map.
Then to top it off, you randomly switch between 0.8-1.2x spacing without providing any notification at all. You might as well have not used distance snap to begin with if you're going to shift between them as abruptly as you have. Let's fix this, shall we?

Well, the song did not came from the anime but it came from the album, Toradora character song album, imo.
