Ok I've forum PMed Loctav, asked him in game about this, and he hasn't responded. Not sure what his opinion is on this or what no response means, but this is what he said from when I initially wanted to upload this set:

I think this set should proceed towards rank.

1) This set has definitely gone through a thorough modding process.

2) It has been 20 days since this set was uploaded. That's roughly 3 weeks. Hence, if this set was to be ranked soon, it would not technically be counted as a speed rank.

do you use normal-hitclap2 here? if yes please mention it where since im lazy to find it lol, also imo both normal and soft custom 2 are same so almost cant find reason to keep the normal custom one

01:13:475 (1) - i wanted to mention this before but i couldnt make suprise if i did it lol, i mention this know. since the piano for all heads and tails have same power here, i prefer to do them with circles or 2 of 1/2 sliders here (somehow i dont like repeat with 2 times lol)

Gratz, but have to say the video will get stuck in 90% of users' PC when skiping Yuko's Extra. Not a big problem though.
BTW my Video Queue is open for nice maps like this. Some Videos I offer Karaoke Effects (I am working in a Chinese Fan-sub team), which you can choose encode it or not.
(I am so sad Chloe's unrank, my video literally has the best quality

)
To be honest, I can encode a same quality of the video you have at 14MB. Poke me anytime if you want get support for a new Anime OP.

I think Kibbleru told me about your video thing yesterday, but I don't want to encode from Youtube rips because YT is bad quality. I only encode videos from the torrented anime episodes.

I originally used Chloe's video but somebody pointed out the karaoke in it, which I didn't want because the video should not have subtitles if possible. That's why I reencoded my own. I know my quality is bad, that's because avidemux does not work on my computer so I use freemake video converter, but obviously that's not the best.

I do not either. My fan-sub team has a person live in Japan and can file transfer to me the TS Raw, some times I am also looking for torrented Anime raws or MKVs for the best source quality. I am also using Multiple programmed filters to increase the source quality and encode it by command line. You can expect the best video quality from me. I just want participate to these awesome Anime OP maps

Actually I did not mention in English instruction, but I do accept source providing requests from BAT or mappers who has ranked more than 5 maps, because they usually can map really well. I only mentioned it in Chinese.

But if I like the song itself, I will do my best, not metter who you are. I can even encode it for fun or for the future mappers

BTW, those encoder GUIs normally have no difference on its encoding ability, it is all about settings and source optimizing and correction. these software is simply translating your requirements to command lines
