You know when somebody in #osu goes "Holy, this * guy really put a 6x sqaure in a normal Insane and it got ranked?" Or "What the * my game lagged and I lost my FC" and whatever stuff that's just kind of...ragey? No point in being discussed, it just happened and nothing can change it, but people just need to vent it somewhere?
#vent's for that. Let people vent their stuff somewhere so they can call peace with themselves. And to keep other channels free from it.
There should probaly be a big warning before joining that channel...as there might be a lot of ragey guys in there.
(Yes, I totally didn't have this idea because the first example happened to me...Skype Can Can... runs)
