- Just a suggestion : try to find a bat who can help you to set the title's enter time to 01:52:464 - , or it may influence your Storyboard.
- The SB load should less than 5.00x except a few moments (less than 100ms as well) where just over 5.00 a little, so here will be some issues.
- offset:11631 - SB Load over 5.00x, not big issue but if it's possible, i'd like to fade out kira kira.png at this point to reduce sb load.
- offset:22298 - ^
- offset:54006 to 54432 - SB load over 5.00x for over 400ms and i suppose u must fix here. A simple way to reduce the SB load here is remove the unnecessary code of ur "black.png"

ah...and more, the code _M,0,31131,,320,240 should be removed also because it's redundant. - And more about black image, imo, i always highly recommend to use a "white.png" to instead, (and actually u have such a file), because u can easily change the colour to black by the code like

and of course, i also recommend to use .png but not .jpg as pure colour images. - offset:75006 to 75756 - another long part over 5.00x SB load, remove "white.jpg" same as above, and consider your "spotlight.png" again here because its effect is nearly invisible but occupy a lot of SB load.

- The SB effect is really nice, but you must think about those old computers go back these points and try to remove all unnecessary effects, for instance, a continuing Fade - 0 (comletely invisible). Don't afraid to separate the code two or more parts~

- ...okay...i suppose u may wanna use claps more randomly, it could be a good idea but now the claps are heard mess a bit. 2/4 claps may be boring but in generally it's always a good choice

- 01:36:464 (1) - whistle at end is heard weird....try to remove it?
