The map sounds good but acording to roko's taiko guide, finish notes shouldn't be used in 1/4 steams.
Oh well, ask somebody that plays taiko a lot if that is ok.

Otherwise, too hard to me but it has a rhythm that makes more sense than pretty much every taiko map i seen so far

01:23:080 (1) - I strongly suggest you move down this slider,
02:56:412 (1,2,3,4) - These circles are Unsnapped because of the hold slider before it....

Well, only minor stuff found.
Bit too hard for me but i don't get why this can't be ranked?

[Suggestion] How about add tag 'Agent Spin Here' or 'ASH'?
As Xgor's reply and Roko-don's guide, 1/4 Finish stream is not good. Try to delete Finishes on 1/4 combos.
But some notes are good even 1/4 combos. K KK pattern is good.
And if possible, I prefer to add 'Kiai Time' part. As you think it's highlight part, try to make 'Kiai Time' part XD

Although I don't mod Taiko, just a quick thing which SHOULDN'T be (but I don't know the rules of Taiko mapping, so I dunno)

00:04:372 ~ 00:26:423 - This is a very long combo. I know nothing of Taiko mapping, so I don't know if this is acceptable or not. If it doesn't matter... anyway just stating something...

i love the map. quick suggestions though

Suggestion: maybe get rid of the second red combo colour, change it or change it's order. the red => red combos are pretty... i dont know, a little strange

Those unsnapped objects are all the results of the slow BPM. If you changed it back to 117 BPM on that section, they would all be snapped properly. Disregarding that, is the slow slider really an issue? Things like this have been ranked before without hesitation and I don't believe it breaks the flow of the map.
