Alright, here's my first time making this thread about the HP Bar. So, you must be thinking about a HP Bar with a picture ehh? Well here it is...
I will take your request for this and will give it to you as soon as possible ^^
Here is the sample of the HP Bar
If you want the default HP Bar, here it is (you may take it):

NOTE: This one is @2x. I'll give you instructions to make it into SD version with the .rar file
If you're bad at customizing at HP Bar by yourself, I can do request for you ^^. If you want the color into same one, just say "default"
NOTE: Please make a number in order. I might find more confuse about what color do you want to set at the elements of it. If you want the same color for it, just type like "3-5"
Follow this one carefully before you post
1. Font for the text on it, color of the text, and the text that you want to insert
2. Picture at the circle (Anything would be fine,but please do not send me the picture using imgur due to unallowed access in Indonesia ;_; now I can access it with a help from Chrome App that i use) (Full body or head) (More than 1 characters? Tell me where's the character that you want to set) (With background of it or not) (HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FIND A BETTER QUALITY IMAGE)

4. Color of the border (HP Bar Line)
5. Color of the border (Label Name)
6. Color of the background name (HINT: Where your name will be set)
7. Color of the fail color (At the HP Bar one, you know, the red one)
8. Color of the HP Bar background (like this one)
9. HP Bar Line (Animation, Non-Animation or Without the design of the Bar Line) and the color of it (will take more time for this for "Animation") (Note this that I can't do Rainbow HP Bar)
10. HD (High Definition) or SD (Standard Definition)
I won't accept any picture that has text on it (if you said avatar for your HP Bar)

I might give you the .rar file, so here's how to extract it to your skin (in case if you don't know how to extract)
Instructions to extract the file to your skin
1. Open the .rar file
2. Select all files (Use Ctrl+A) and click the "..." one while holding Ctrl
3. Click "Extract" or press Ctrl + E
4. Find your osu! folder, and click "Skins" folder. Find one of your skin that you are currently using
5. Once you're done, click Extract and enjoy
