Ive beaten Touhou 6-10 on lunatic. beaten the special stages of EoSD and IN (only because they are my favorites.)
I'm guessing it's hard to come across an american who can rape the touhou series. But don't get me wrong, I can't do it on my first try and it's hard for me to beat Lunatic without continuing. I would record it but since I have a...not legal version of the games, the recording software I use won't even recognize them as (Misc.) CamStudio has some desync so I won't use it.

In other news, I finally unlocked EX (and got 12-8 as my last card before unlocking EX, too! Made me so happy), and now need to unlock Spoiler next. I'm thinking of capturing EX-1, EX-8 (I have no idea how I'll do this though), and EX-4 since I think they're the easiest, but if you guys know of EX Cards easier than that then recommendations plz. After capturing these 3, I'll go back to Level 6 and 7 to capture 3 more so that I can unlock SP

Completed Touhou Koubutou Marisa story in ~5 mins. Spam lasers and you win. Yukkuri was a little harder and required some evading.

For Ran, I can simply move from horizontally across the screen as each wave comes. This is not possible with Chen, as the bigger bullets actually do not come at you, they go down the side of the screen.
i for one just go nuts and die all the way when playing either extra or phantasm. i know cheating the game is a bit awkward and bad but i just wanna know what happens when you beat the extra stage

What happens is you win. There's no ending sequence like the main game has. There *IS* dialogue, but that dialogue would depend on the character being used.

I was having what I thought was my best MoF run at the moment, dying only twice in Stage 4 and clearing Stage 5 cleanly while maintaining a power of more than 4 against Sanae, capturing all her cards and more blllll after that. AND I finally beat up Momiji without getting hit first.
Then BAM, Domino Effect of Deaths on Stage 6. This was just freaking stupid; I suddenly forgot to excessively bomb like what I did in Stage 4, missing out a lot of opportunities to deathbomb and whatnot, completely fucking up Kanako's waves and bllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.
This was Marisa-C btw, which is proving to be the strongest shot type (in terms of power) for me (not counting Marisa-B glitch) as of the moment, and is currently my favorite MoF shot type (having fun with TH08 solo-Remilia atm too) mainly because of its insanely high power, and contrary to the names Marisa-A isn't the most powerful shot type.
But Kanako just had to be the partycrasher like she always is. Maybe I'll try again next time >_>
I'd also like to note that Kanako reduced my Faith all the way from 450000 to 100000. Bah.

The last card doesn't have any moving lasers. It's just a bunch of lines that break apart and turn into glowing bullets.
Unless you mean the card before that. My strategy for that is very simple: Push X.

Marisa-B's area-shot also helps A LOT in capturing this card. Given that you won't be on focus too much on this one, Marisa-B will be shooting in 4 directions behind her and 6 directions (?) in front of her. If you come in almost melee contact with Shou, then you're pretty much eating up her life. Too bad that cross moves its origin unlike Ran's laser.

For some odd reason, I feel most comfortable playing as Sanae B instead of Marisa-A/B at the moment. Mainly because at least this time Stage 3 isn't such a threat anymore and I can actually get to Stage 6 comfortably with at least 3 lives remaining. If only there was a way I could use SanaeB on Stage 1-3 and Marisa-B on 4-6, I'd probably be a happy UFO player right now.
Actually, I kinda didn't expect SanaeB's bomb to be so powerful. First I casted it, I was like "...uh, is this going to be as useless as Patchouli's Five Seasons Bomb?", then later when it went BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM, I was like "OH FUCK THIS IS THE FOURTH MOST AWESOME SPELL CARD I HAVE EVER SEEN"

Actually Nazrin and Shou are not my Problem at loosing lives, the Problem is more the Stage D: BUT Stage 5 is one of the best Stage for Scoreing xP

Actually Nazrin and Shou are not my Problem at loosing lives, the Problem is more the Stage D: BUT Stage 5 is one of the best Stage for Scoreing xP
Btw Shou's hardest Spell is her first Spellcard o_O
SanaeB is the best character in UFO, because when she Bombs, you can Supergraze ^^

Seriously, sometimes I find that the stages are harder than the bosses, since you can get attacked from many angles while the boss only attacks from at most 4 angles.

I was going in Stage 4 with 8 lives. Yes, 8 lives. I was farming reds like crazy, letting them spill their bonuses before making them explode, and you know the jist. I was able to keep myself safe for the entire Stage 3, and only lost 1 life in Stage 4 fairies...
...and suddenly Murasa wants to crash the party by eating up the rest of my lives.
Shit the fuck, I have never had such a more outrageous run than this. Starting with the max lives, and at Murasa's timeout card I was already running at 0 lives.
The problem with Marisa-B is that her bomb pretty much does not do much damage on bosses. Furthermore, Marisa-B's singleshot power below max is insanely low, and Marisa-B's general power below 3.00 is so insignificant. Once my power goes down to less than 3, I think that's pretty much the end of my run then? That's what happened here, apparetly... >_<
Come on damn it I wanna at least 1CC Th12 a second time >_<
