What do you think/know about Hong Kong?

Since we have Sweden and Finland, we need one for Hong Kong.
Since I am from Hong Kong I'll just point some things about my country.

1) Hong Kong will never become part of china. EVER.

2) Hong Kong is one of the leading financial stock markets.

I have more but I'll see what people would want to say.

Hong Kong used to be part of the UK and pretty much had its own governement
It got back to china but still sort of its own boss
China tries to influence the policy in Hong Kong now and thats why there's riots
(This is what I think thats going on, could be wrong)

You are correct with China influencing the policy to Hong Kong but its not the reason why the university students are rioting. They are rioting because the communist party back in china would not allow them to vote for their next prime minsiter (Hong Kong prime ministers are basically politicians from the party).

I tought they could still vote but only for people that china chooses or candidates they approve.

For some reason I've always thought Hong Kong is some part of China but still being own country like Åland but seems I'm so far away from truth. But thing what comes first in to my mind from Hong Kong is "Made in Hong Kong".
