Why does this happen, and how?

I've noticed on some maps that people with a lower acc get a higher score than people with a higher score even though they have the same mods on.

Screenshot of when it's happened to me. This map has no spinners on it :/

They probably got their 100's and 50's early in the combo while you got them later in the combo

Yea the one I was playing had no spinners in it.
