My Osu! game updated today and when it did it applied new Welcome sounds and Seeya later sounds. Also it changed the thing when I select a song or hit Retry. Is there a way I can remove all this crap? I really do not like the new Bass Drum sound as well as the Welcome and Seeya thing. They really bother me especially cause I'm used to the Crash sound that normally played, or is this just like a Halloween thing?

You can disable the welcome and see ya sounds. They have already been threads on this.
Such as what Bystander said, you can disable the Intro and Outro Sounds in Options. You can also skin most of the sounds (check the Skinning section of the wiki) with empty wavs.
