Is it possible for me to change a skin from downscroll to upscroll? I mean, the direction the notes go.

Add this to your nK.ini (n stands for key number) under [General] section

Or just go to options and scroll down to "osu!mania layout" and select "vertically flip playfield (DDR style). It auto changes it for all skins
