I love the interface updates. The beatmap selection screen feels so much more snappy! My 7700 installed beatmaps thank you peppy! keeping chat active during the processing phase is also very cool!

So happy about this release :)

I don't think changing the spinner 2 grids up a good idea..
How about pushing up the notes 2grids up, instead of the Spinner?
James2250
keeping chat active during the processing phase is cool I admit but can't we send messages during it too? :(

(+) Allow chatting during beatmap processing.
Maybe, it will help for people who has more than 5000 songs. :3
Also...

(*) Spinner positioning fixes.
Yay!!!

Is there any way to stretch the spinner out or make it bigger so there's no black bar on the bottom? It looks really ugly.

All 5,000 songs should never NEED to be processed, so it won't help that much.

You can skin the spinner-background.png to add 32 pixels to the bottom of the graphic (resolution should be changed to 1023x724). Template skin will eventually be updated to reflect this but in the meantime, draw whatever you want there I guess.

New Processing Skin is just AWESOME!!

... Keep up the good work ;)

The song previews in-game volume are really low. Most of the time I can hardly hear the song from the song selection screen.

Im having trouble having to actually play osu! it takes longer than it used to to process songs (by the way, processing skin is great!! ^_^). I think its just my computer, but it doesnt hurt to make sure. So here I am. This is after I update my osu! yesterday.

Sorry but this gives too little information to be useful.

There is an 80ms fade-in? Might be throwing off your perception of volume.

This only happens sometimes, but when it does the fade-in never actually picks up, so it stays on the low volume.

I don't know if it's this update or the last one, but Snaking Sliders now works without any performance decrease. Previously, it caused huge lag and was impossible to use.

Thanks!

I did make some minor optimisations to this code recently, which may have helped on some lesser PCs.

Firstly, it wasn't reported (so go do that). Secondly make sure you screenshot what you mean since I'm pretty sure such a bug can't exist.
Derekku
Yep, it seems like I can finally use snaking sliders without my performance being very laggy and sad.

Thanks~ :)
