I'm not really sure how i should write anything long about this, because the title pretty much says it all.
Basically, being able to watch replays from the top 5 plays or something of each different mod on a map.
Because suddenly you go to an insanely hard map, and suddenly, like 2 people have passed it with DT, and it really sucks that you cant watch the replay of that.
It might also encourage people to try some harder passes, or some unique mod combination. :D

I don't really understand what you are trying to say, if you wanna watch a replay with each mod, turn on auto and pick a mod you want it to play on.

Maybe it will be easier to understand with an example.
On The Pretender [RLC] you've got Happystick's pass with DT, but there's no way to actually watch the replay (except youtube or him sharing the replay). So i thought, why not just have the top play's for each mod actually available in-game.
Not really the same if you watch an auto play at all.

Yeah, most of the time, replays would save and you can watch them. The top plays replays are almost always saved, but sometimes the number 50 players replay is not saved. If you want a top play for each mod, you must have supporter. Pick a mod and press the selection where it says global ranking, and choose Global Ranking (selected mods) You will see the top plays for that mod. I don't know if this helps but I hope it does.

But you can dl replay @^
Also, this qould take WAYY TO MUCH server space
For example
With HR, you can have
HR HT
HR NF
HR NF HT
HR HD
HR NF HD
HR HT HD
HR NF HT HD
HR FL
HR FL HD
HR HT FL
HR NF FL
HR HD FL
Yoi understand where I'm going right? (To lazy to go on :P)

Also, IIRC, Only the best score submits, so Happystick's score will not be visible, as he likely got. Higher score on Talent shredder/Pretender but then w/o DT
So even if this would be implemented, it would still not be visible

Void them if they contain any difficulty reduction mods

Yes, difficulty reduction mods could be (except maybe EZ, because that is really fun and sometimes impressive to watch) "not part of the list", and you dont necessarily need the top 50 replays, the top 5 should be enough.
And it is really true, that a lot of people have better nomod score (Happystick's pretender DT score is actually his highest though) but i still think it is worth it. People might try to simply get a better hard mod score than their nomod one, or be less likely to throw away their good DT play against a really easy nomod FC.

Its the replay i'm talking about here, the score itself has indeed always been there.

Wait??
You wanted to see all the replays then? So all top 50
Wow
I wasn't even sure if top 1 could be handled, let alone the top 5(0)

It does show the rank, but it doesn't necesseraly show the replay, which i belive is the whole point of this topic. If anything like that was to be considered, then i think it would have to look like that: someone plays a game, makes a rank, then system checks if the score is within top ~~ 5 of the scores achieved using that specific mods, if it does, then it records a replay to the database as if it would with score placed in the top 50.

The question here is - how much space would it take on the server to actually host those replays, and how big strain on the server to calculate something like that additionally in every single gameplay. I think this would consume too much resources in order to work, hence - we can forget about it
