To describe the problem:
#announce displays beatmaps as ranked, even if they are just qualified. It might be bothered with the actual rank.
A possible solution: Make a sentence that says: "(Map) by (User) has just been qualified!"
Simultaneous to this, the actually existing sentence shall be used whenever a beatmap has advanced from the status of being qualified and entered in the section for approved/ranked beatmaps. ( "(Map) by (User) has just been ranked!" )
The reason for this: a lot of people (including me) tend to rank beatmaps when they appeared, mostly approved ones. But it is highly likely that the map will be disqualified and the scores will be wiped. I know that "ranked" in #announce basically stands for "qualified", but in terms of used osu!-vocabulary, that would be wrong.
The new sentence supports and is supported by this.
