The main issue with me is that you try to follow vocals here, but switch off at 00:57:892 (3,4) - a little, which would cause some players to release early on the end of (3) and hit (4) early. | Make sure you make the new (3) if you do this have some sort of defining curve so players can tell it is longer than 1/1. It's the most common case of letting go too early.
7. 01:02:036 (1) - Don't you think this is a bet powerful for a finish? A soft one might work better here. Consider it for the other kiai sections, and other difficulties as well if you do this.

1. I would personally follow the vocal instead of the beat at 01:17:782 - because the vocal is present at 00:51:428 - and 01:02:036 -, but sadly this doesn't seem to fit the song... Instead, I suggest that you please try a 3/2 slider (or any other pattern) to capture the vocal on 01:17:285 - before the downbeat, like you did with Insane. Also do it on 00:03:030 -.
2. IMO the current background has no feeling towards the song itself. I understand that it is from the anime, but there is no correlation between the background and the song lyrics / feel / etc. Consider changing it to something more "personalized" for the song.

1. 00:18:279 (2,3,1) - This will play nicer if you slightly move circle 3 and slider 1 a bit more to the left. Aim for getting slider 2 to flow into the next slider 1.
