I have two suggestions:
1. Add an audio lead-in of at least 1 second. The beatmap starts almost right after playing.
2. Like Mimuki232 said, use Distance Snap more. Some notes are inconsistently spaced, causing players to be unable to predict the beats. Of course it isn't mandatory to use Distance Snap all the time, but it's better than not using it and making players frustrated
