Normal:
Make the offset the same as hard. (The offsets are currently at different places and the offset in this is 1ms off. Look at 00:01:269 (3). That note is 1ms from the offset of 1270, but in hard, 00:01:269 (1) is snapped.)

Normal mod:
00:49:530 (3) - this note did not fit the slowdown very well, so we suggest removing it or giving it normal spacing
00:55:183 (2) - normally space this slider?
00:59:748 (5,6,7) - This part plays weird since it partially follow the lyrics. We recommend either adding a note at 00:59:965 or turn 4 into a slider that extends to where 6 currently is
02:03:009 (5,6,7) - the fast sliders before these 3 notes cause ppl to hit these notes early, so we recommend turning this section into a slider or increase the spacing
03:09:313 (4,5,6) - same as 00:59:748 (5,6,7)
Combo mod:
We couldn't understand how you added combos to the song.
Most of the time you seemed to be following the lyrics, but did this not prove true sometimes.
For example:
00:11:269 (4,1) - remove 1;s new combo and add a new combo to 4 to follow the lyrics
00:18:661 (3) - new combo for lyrics
The other theory we had was that you added combos every 8 whole notes, but there are quite a few combos that break this rule. We advise you try to change the way you add combos to make it consistent throughout the entire map.
Hard:
The whistle are used a little excessively in this diff
