Its highly recommend you skin these as people with different skins will have their normal reverse arrow / approach circles showing.. if you want to just use the default template one, copy and paste it over to your folder.
also using the default 1 through 0 png files would be good to add as well.
Length:
Do you plan on making Normal the same length as the other diffs? This is recommended. and if so, your normal is missing the final kiai time.
Taiko:
You need a 2nd Taiko difficulty as rules require you to have at least two, at least one of them being of "Muzukashii" (hard) difficulty or lower

Consider finishing this soon. at this point I don't believe I can mod this as it just sounds too strange.
In general I don' think you even worried about distance snapping and such, so I'm going to just leave this as 'unfinished'
A few suggestions:
Try to stick more to the beat instead of the vocals if possible as its much harder to click them properly. (You only do this near the beginning of the map, the rest is pretty nice.)
Avoid using 1/4 triplets like at 00:40:676 (2,3,4) - | You can make this a reverse slider if you wish though as its really considered too hard for a normal difficulty.
Also be sure to follow distance spacing properly in this difficulty as it will be confusing for newer players if you have jumps / anti-jumps.
02:34:987 (1) - be sure to fix this spinner
[Hard]
I personally don't like the sped up sliders in almost seemingly random spots on this map. It would actually be better just to use a steady multiplier of 1 or 1.25 for the kiai time They really don't fit the music enough to use a .5x speed increase
00:25:676 - I would suggest adding a note here as the gap between the two red 1/2s is a bit confusing you could also turn this into a triplet adding a note 1/4 later to match the vocals and the finish you skipped
01:05:245 (2,3) - Unrankable. You can't hide reverse arrows under notes. you have to change this.
01:14:556 (8) - consider removing one reverse and adding a circle on the open space, extra reverses aren't fun.
01:16:883 (4,5) - Make the 4 a circle and then put a Triplet or a reverse 1/4 slider where the tail end of the slider was.
01:48:047 (3) - empty note. I would suggest removing this. No sound in the actual music to have a reason putting this here. there are other points like 01:45:461 (3,7) - but they at least make some rhythmical sense. I would personally delete all of them though.
01:56:323 (2) - another note I would delete
02:27:487 (3) - Doesn't really make sense to use 1/4s here. just 1/2s would be fine as it follows the vocals better anyways, but more importantly doesn't seem overmapped.
02:47:918 (6) - you could easily remove a reverse on this note, and it'll still sound very nice. and give a bit of a break between the next notes.
02:40:806 (9) - another empty note I really don't like. Delete this, you can also delete the next note on the 1/2 if you wish, but it plays decent either way.

I really don't like this difficulty for one main reason:
-You abuse 1/4s and place them on hundreds of empty notes where there actually isn't any sound to make up for it. This would need some real indepth hitsounding to make this possible.
-Also when making streams, try to keep the distance spacing consistent for them. I usually find it best to turn off grid snap, but use the distance snap to make them.

01:17:271 - Add note and..
01:17:400 - Add note.. you didn't place notes on a spot where theres actually 1/4 notes in the song
