02:07:876 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Too many stacks like this are pretty challenging for this difficulty. You are free to keep it at your own risk.
02:12:929 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - I would use 3 sliders instead of 6 circles for this difficulty. It makes the pattern more simple.
03:04:718 (6) - Move this slider a bit down so it does not touch 03:02:823 (3).
03:38:823 (3,4,1) - Similar suggestion as above. Don't overlap these notes with 03:36:929 (1). Same with 03:11:666 (2).

Overall it's an okay difficulty, I think some parts are weird to play (but it's rather because of the music, so I guess it can't really be helped), and also, I think that you overuse the whistle sound and after a while it's rather annoying to listen to imo, so it would be nice if you reduced them >.<

04:16:087 (1) - I think this isn't loud enough, why don't you turn up the volume a bit? I can hear that the background is not as loud as it used to be, but 22% imo is too little here

so insane diff can have all the fking 190bpm stream it wants, and I can't have 1.1 distance snapped 1/1 1/2?

Losing all my motivation.

If you actually go play it in game it does not play like insane diff at all

Probably just looked at this without even playing and said it's insane.

Higher bpm has higher star rating based on my observation.

Funny diff, i enjoyed played it, but OD seems a bit low imo, i know you usually use OD7 for your maps, but we are in 2014 now (2015 soon), so why don't to increase OD ?

I don't see why it's uncomfortable to play, seems perfectly fine, howver I decided to change the rhythm up a bit.
03:15:771 - this sounds really empty here, it could be better if you follow vocal here. there aren't any vocals here, and therefore that is why i didn't map it.
03:44:508 (1,1) - same here, this looks really uncomfortable to play because this circle 03:44:823 (1) - does not really allow you to play the slider properly, so it is better to move this circle 03:44:823 (1) - on the right, like 332|344 This is readable, and it's just one of those personal aesthetic things. I like how it looks and it plays fine imo.

Looks funny, there are still awkward things to fix and improve to make this map better.
