11 hours later, and I finally hit 3400 pp
I feel like shit, my pen wrist is swollen, and my clicking hand feels like lactic acid did build up on the muscles.
Nothing really impressive in terms of top plays (the only video I wanted to share has a corrupted part, thanks twitch)
Gonna not play at all tomorrow and just watch anime so I can heal up.

Holy Christ, you're really freakin' dedicated. Good on ya, it's awesome reading this and seeing how far you've come.
I've been following you since you were rank 20k and well this is pretty incredible, how much time per day do you play? Don't you get bored?
Your progress in 5 months is impressive to say the least.
If you keep this up and don't lose motivation all of sudden, I would not be surprised to see you in the american top 50.

Not to ruin the fun and all that, but he's already starting to slow down. His play count decreased considerably since the start of July 14.

Dear Diary, today no pp was gained.
Instead I listened to the people that know whats good for the improvement of other players and practiced Hard Rock all day. Many tears were shed and I had an emotional breakdown after I finished. Today was a good day, I've agreed with myself that I will be avoiding OD 10 + HP 10 until I hit around 4k pp, maybe then I'll have some luck. But for now, I've lined the walls and doorways with holy water to keep the devil (HR) out of the house.

Woobowiz isn't that far behind if you account for all the plays he poured into retrying hards (and if you go by hitcount he's still ahead of me). Either way, HR is a lot different than DT. It's gonna take more than a day to learn it.

I have some (hd)hr scores and I consider you better than me. All you need to play hr is stop mashing (just barely SSing od7 and 8 on some songs is mashing) and be really aware of when you need to hit dem circles. Also, ar10 quite a bit different from ar9.666 but you need to play it to get used to it.

I mean, this was on a multi 3 days after I came back from a 2-3 month break and you aim is sick compared to mine https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1881035 . I'm sure you are capable of playing hr if you try enough but your fingers might hurt more after doing it because I feel like I get way more drained when I play something trying to get a sick acc.

I'm just gonna take it a bit slow.
Learning AR 10 will definitely NOT come along with Hard Rock training. It's just too large of a difficulty increase to jump straight into HR, otherwise I'm not gonna have fun playing the game (what's the point if I'm not having fun right?)
After I'm confident with AR 10, I'll go onto OD 10 and HP 10 after that. Even OD 9 is killing me (my Lagomorphic FC is literally my highest accuracy OD 9 run EVER)

SSing OD7 and 8 isn't mashing.
And Woob, how're you gonna learn AR10 without HR? Unless you want to manually edit all the maps you play to 10, unranked maps are your only other option. And you really, really shouldn't learn AR10 from unranked maps.
