You should generally avoid stacks at all costs. The double piano sounds like in 01:39:275 (1,2) - a an exception, since they are distinct, but otherwise, map with distances.

That's a really quick start, you should add an offset at the beginning.

00:00:569 (2) - two circles fits better, you can hear a difference in sound Nope don't think so, I listened it to another few times. The second beat sounds very supplementary and doesn't have a beat as strong as the first.
00:06:746 (4,5) - these distances should be equal Not sure what you mean, but the different distanced triangles were meant to add some variation.
01:04:275 (1,2,3) - i don't like the flow break here, why not putting circle 1 below 2 and 4? Hmm yeah, the flow here does feel weird. I've put it the other way round, 1 is above and 3 is below so it's sort of a diamond.
01:05:863 (1,1,1,1) - this looks too clumpy, liften it up a bit Widened distance slightly and moved slider to the top to avoid clumps of unreadability.
