where? At the forum with skins isn't a option to make a new post. so how do i need to make a post with my skin?! BAKA BAKA
You just made topic in place where you should post a skin. "Completed Skins" sub-forum is for skins that were posted here, reviewed by deadbeat and osu! community. If skin is completed and good enough it can be moved there.
