I don't know if this is a good Idea, but after playing osu a while, I sometimes want to spectate someone without downloading any Beatmaps. So what i propose is to add a new Mode called "Spectator" or something like this to the Menu. In that Mode you can choose a Beatmap and osu picks a random player which is currently playing this Beatmap.

there's already a spectator option, but you MUST have the beatmap. don't worry, with osu! direct, spectate will not be that hard
This looks like a duplicate of this request. It's not a bad idea, though.
